Well, for me, it didn't seem any more gross. I didn't notice Strong Mad's butt, nor did I find Coach Z being a weird creepy old man unusual.

The flush twice thing was a bit gross, but I just couldn't stop giggling at Strong Sad looking at that cryptic message. Plus, it is the type of social awkward situation that the email was discussing.

Heh, I couldn't tell what the heck Homestar was saying, so the teeth gag didn't do much for me.

But man did the Dartmouth hacking up darts thing crack me up.

Wow. I kinda like how Coach Z is creepy in ways that don't even make sense -- like wearing a... what the pfargtl is that thing? ... over his green bodysuit (or perpetually-naked body, either way it makes no sense) and leaking black stuff into the pool. Just like his believing himself to be an expectant mother made no sense.

This is one of those rare emails where :sb: actually answers the email straightly. (More or less.) As acknowledged by his "five-paragraph essay" conclusion. And again, no huge inside references you'd need to know to get the jokes. Too bad it wasn't as funny as other recent ones. Not as good as "space program," not as bad as "boring (really)".
