Not bad at all, but for some reason I really want some red Jello now. 3 1/2 stars.

The Fluffy Puff Jell-O commercial, Homestar mentioning oiled-up Bill Cosby and another instance the King of Town's gross eating habits all made me lose it. This was a hilarious, solid email.

Why do Bubs' arms look shorter?

It probably has to do with Bubs' arms having more bendiness, which I believe started in "nightlife". They don't bend like a joint at the elbows anymore, but instead form smooth curves.

Pretty funny, though like several other posters, I want red Jell-o. Coach Z is less creepy this week.

Mmm, red-flavored Jell-o... nothing says comedy like filling a swimming pool with substances that aren't water! Gelatin dessert, pudding, money, drunken frat boys...

I imagine Strong Bad is a little more than embarrassed that the King of Town had to save him, though.

And Coach Z seems to have traded in his delusional schizophrenia for the paranoid kind. "I knew I shouldn't have flashed my brights at that hoopty full of gangsters!"

This was a pretty nice email. I loved the Marshie cartoon, he was weird as always. 4/5

Hm, apparently, the show Caleb Rentpayer is still going (or maybe that was an previously unmentioned rerun?), and the Lappy's environment-safe energy source was only temporary.

Heh, that was pretty good. What Strong Bad was doing looked kinda fun though...maybe I'll have to fill the city pool with jell-o and give it a shot :P

Bwahahah. I loved the part with Marshie. Not only was it continuity (sorta), but they managed to make Marshie even creepier. I didn't think that was possible.

I also liked how they found a way to put the King of Town's gluttony to good use.

That, the Poopsmith's shovel actually being useful, Bill Cosby, and the KoT made this a 5/5.

Needlessly Creepy X 17 Too true, too true. Marshie creepier than ever translucent with visible brain. Nobody's mentioned the Nebulon cameo, always fun too see (despite what PBTC SB says). Coach Z spouting off Urban legends was funny... And of course the ladies' favorite Pom Pom!! SO yep A+!

Omg, that's great! The NC-17 was oh so true (because Marshie was far creepier than usual). I LOVED the "red-anjello" joke-classic. But poor :pom: . Will he ever come dowwwwnnnnn???

:sb: :sb: :sb: :sb: 1/2 out of :sb: :sb: :sb: :sb: :sb:

That e-mail was pretty good; definitely one of my favorites. It's always good seeing the King of Town as an odd hero. Marshie's appearance, Homestar's somewhat-creepiness, and Pom Pom floating into outer space (with Nebulon!) also made this e-mail great. Overall, a solid e-mail. 4/5.

That bit had me gasping. The rest of it could have sucked completely and it'd still be good on the whole because of that one line, delivered as it was.

Never cared for Marshie, and in this one he was particularly odd ...

The rest of the 'toon had its moments, though: Coach Z spouting off urban legends (and Bubs getting fed up with him), Poor :pom: (And another Nebulon cameo!), and Poopsmith's "Eat a Lot of Food Alert" button.

And did anyone else find it interesting that it jumped straight from Homestar talking about Bill Cosby to a conversation with Bubs, who at times seems to have a bit of Bill Cosby in him? Or am I just nuts? (OK. I'm nuts ...)

For some reason I really loved the Red Angelo joke. I have a feeling we'll see him again as an actual character.

Yeah, I've also noticed that.
Okay email: 3/5 and VERY MANY JIBBLIES for the KoT's part.
COOL TIME POOL TIME!!!
And the Poopsmith's in there. I see that the rules have changed since Pom Pom started lifeguarding the 'ool.

"My talents are needed!"

It's always fun when completely whacked-out stuff happens in this cartoon. Kind of short, though.

I agree with the consensus: this one is a winner. I could mention all the specific jokes that I thought were particularly funny (Pom Pom: he's in space!), but I think this SBEmail owes much of its success to the overall premise. You can't go wrong with a swimming pool full of J-E-L-L-O.

I liked it.
'twas a lot of fun.

Anyone else see the launch of Pom Pom and think "So long and thanks for all the fish"?

I gotta get me one of those "eat a lot of food" alarms.

Yup, I had that same thought. I was waiting for Ford Prefect to show up at some point after that.

And the KOT food alarm was priceless.

That was the impression I got ...

When he first started drinking the Jello, I thought he was simply going to eat all of the stuff around them, but then why would he tell them to close their eyes (and say it wasn't going to be pretty)? And then to hear SB describe the experience ... Um ... Yeah ...
