Post subject:  Page Load Error (sbemail200.html)
Just for curiosity, I typed http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail200.html into my address bar. What I got was another hilarious idea by the Chapmans for people who are impatiently waiting for the 200th email. I absolutely loved it, and immediately went to the Wiki to see if they had any information I could add. Unfortunately, no such page was made. Since I am pretty new to the Wiki(Been watching :hr: since email "the process") and have no expreience with HTML, I was thinking someone else could make the page. I know, terribly lazy of me. Anyways, just wanted to at least alert of the fact that there was another fake email page.

Yeah, I didn't make a page, but I did make an edit to the "Not Strong Bad Emails" section. Maybe I should make a link. Well, I can get a pic up soon, hopefully.

I just typed in the HTML file sbemail200, and there it is! About why it isn't up yet, 1) nobody else has it up, and, i cant because 2) I can't get a pic up! I got the pic, its 600 px width, and 100kb, but it won't let me!

Heheh, they got with it and made it a Firefox error page.

It's not like it's super funny, but for what it is, it's definitely nice to have. I totally want to play "name that inconsistency."

The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that they didn't use the Internet Explorer 7 error page so it would match my browser. "Name that inconsistency" was a great quote.

The Deleteheads have taken over the site! Seriously, it's rare to have a small inside joke become central idea for two toons in a row. It was, however, hilarious.

EDIT: Shouldn't someone add this to the New Stuff feed on the main page? I would, but I have no idea how to do so.

Page Load Error isn't on the main page because it's an Easter egg, and we try not to spoil things like that. Once more people have had a chance to find it the intended way, or once the email is released, then we'll post it on the main page.

That and we don't technically know when this was put up on the site, so It would be hard to know which day it would fit under.

Actually, all signs point to this being added yesterday (Friday, September 19) a little after 6 p.m. ET (which is reflected on the updates page). Someone noticed it and mentioned it on the wiki less than fifteen minutes later.

Maybe, but I'm not so sure. Most people would check for the new email on Monday, so in order for the Page Load Error toon to get maximum exposure, they should wait until at least Tuesday before posting the real thing.

Well look at that, they pulled another "Sbemail 100" on us! That is AWESOME, I missed the sbemail 100 thing cause I wasn't into strong bad yet, but now... this is awesome! Could've been better, but somehow I think that Sbemail 200 will involve the deleteheads... oh no I speculated!!! :O

I found this earlier today as well. Quite hilarious.
Anyway (1st day on forums, don't know if this is within rules), but I wonder what the actual url of the sbemail 200 will be? For sbemail100 the url was "http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemailahundred" (i think). I wonder what it will be for sbemail 200. I already tried "sbemailatwohundred", "sbemailtwohundred", and "sbemailtoohundred". Oh well, I will find out soon (hopefully). :-|

Hmm, I think you could solve that problem by ditching the worst browser ever and getting Firefox like all the enlightened peoples! =3
In all seriousness, I believe some of the wiki members who've met the Brothers Chaps have mentioned that they themselves use FF, which likely has some to do with why they'd spoof it. (I, for one, was glad to see FF spoofed; shows that my favourite browser is on its way up in the world to get referenced on a well-known site like H*R.com.)

Next to each post, over on the right, there's a "Quote" button: Image. Click that, and it'll give you the usual "Post a reply" page, but it'll have all the post you're quoting between [quote][/quote] tags.
