Okay, so let's discuss the possibilities for what could be an awesome series on the site.

First of all, I really hope that hremails become a reality. And I hope they're done like this: They would start from the first hremail and each of them would coincide with the same numbered sbemail. Basically, we would see Homestar's involvement in all of the sbemails from his point of view. If it was a sbemail that didn't have Homestar in it, he would just answer an email and do crazy crap. Personally, I want to see the history behind his project in "caffeine".

Wow, I don't think that made any sense at all.

I'd like to see Homestar kill Senor Cardgage with a Heavy Lourde. Wait, scratch that idea. It would be even better to see Homestar sing about the little bar on his touchpad that controls the scroll buttons.

Post subject:  They should really make HREmails

I feel that the tyranny of Strong bad over Homestar's wedsite has gone on long enough. This is his website after all, and SB's become the most developed character on the website! It's gotten to the point where Homestar can't even be funny without SB. I mean, in the summary of the SBCG4AP, it says Strong bad is the star of the homestarrunner internet cartoons. That is sickening.
:coachz:
This is what I'm proposing: to have the hremails either every other week or every other month, until people get used to the idea of having Homestar around. Then the Brothers Chaps could switch it up every 200 emails between SB and HR. Or every other week. Don't get me wrong, I love SB, I just want Homestar's character to evolve alittle more. Is anybody with me?

I really like Strong Bad Emails. I don't think it's bad that Strong Bad is being used a lot. I want them to keep on making Sbemails. I don't want any of those Hremails.

i think a new series should be started where strong bad tries to ruin hremails.

I don't really think there should be hremails. I mean, the concept was kinda cute, but I think that instead of using something that they already had done in a sbemail, they should just come up with something else entirely.

I would find it hilarious if we had a look at the REAL relationship between :hr: and :marzi: .

Or, we could see how Homeboy feels about Homsar.

I agree, kind of. Mostly I'll watch anything with Homestar Runner so if Hremails is it I'll be happy. But it would be nice if TBC surprised us with something completely new.

But I do think Strong Bad's reign should be at an end. And have you noticed that almost all the most recent sbemails have contained a Homestar Runner? Maybe they're easing him in.

HREmails will get maybe a few unside references and DVD bonus at best.

In 100 emails, The Brothers Chaps will raise up a character whose calls for email checking cannot be suppressed!

Post subject:  Re: The hremail discussion thread.

I think the most likely, and the most viable, way of making hremails would be to make them a "sometimes" food. Unlike cookies.

Making them a weekly event would not only be ridiculous, it would also greatly strain TBC, quality would drop, and toons and shorts would fade into rarity. In that situation, Homestar would get more screen time, but at the cost of every character but the two.

No HREmails. SB is overused, but no HREmails. Something else.
How about some more Answering Machines?! :marzi:
:sb::No... actually, since it would give me a chance to show off my mad prank-kalla skillz, maybe that wouldn't be to bad...?

I think that they might do a few hremails, but repeal them after a while. Most likely on april first.

I agree. I really don't think it will become a reality. It would be nice for Homestar to have more screen time seeing as Strong Bad has most of it.

Prediction: HREmails go the way of The KOTVOQPCS: one mildly amusing one-shot.

You know, the KOT has a computer too.

Maybe they will do a kotmail because we're expecting an hremail.

THAT WOULD RULE.
I'd actually love to see the KOT check a full email.

Something like this, you mean?

Post subject:  Re: The hremail discussion thread.

No, not something like that. A full KOT email.
Though that one is funny and does rule, a full one would be wicked. A five minute one or so. Just like Sbemails, but answered by him.
And the end of that short is SO wrong. I would DEFINATELY email the KOT over S.B.

Who would ever want to email the King of Town? If you own Strong Badia the Free, you'd see what an email show with him would be like.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I laughed VERY hard when I saw his email in Strongbadia The Free.
He ruined the email opportunity SO BAD XD.
But I'd still like to see him properly answer an email. That twould be quite hilarioius.

I think it's incredibly unlike that hremail aren't here to stay.

HR website has always been about TBC having fun. I think they've got tired of sbemail for a while. But, SB lovers don't fear. We're going to see a lot of new quality content now that they don't have to keep "grinding" out SB mails.

I think that the hremail easter eggs are solid proof that TBC doesn't plan on making hremails a regular series on the site. If it were, TBC would have to deal with the issue of hremail 22 and 42.

Though that doesn't change the fact that a new Homestar series would rock out loud  . I agree that elaborating upon The Show has endless possibilites.

Has anyone tried emailing Homestar yet, & if yes, did it not get sent back to you? If not returned as being from a fake email address, I'll bet they try a HRemail either in July, or when a specific amount of emails has filled their new inbox.

You know we have a wiki, right? According to said wiki's article about Hremails:
Quote:
Sending an email to Homestar's address - DJmankiewicz@homestarrunner.com - prompts the following auto-reply:

Subject: My Inbox Runneth Ova!

Oh, hello everyone! For some unknown reason I'm getting this big cavalcanche of emails all of the sudden. They're filling up the basement and I'm running out of paper towels!

Just sit tight and hremails will be back to normal before you know it.

And thanks again to everyone who participated in Bacon Pretend Week! Ron Staple you are a GENIUS!

Okay bye,
Homestar Runner

For some reason, I think using Homestar this much would kind of ruin his humor. Strong Bad was able to handle starring in 200+ of the 'toons on the site without losing his style, but I don't think Homestar could survive without losing a little greatness. The role he plays now on the site is perfect.

Strong Bad, IMO, is the only one who can handle having an email show. He can go overboard, but still be kick-awesome. If any other character had an email show... I'unno. It would be bad.

I want Homestar to get revenge on Strong Bad. That's what I hope. And he should get into a contest with Strong Bad to see who can drink the most melonade! XDD

Right now, Strong Bad is getting all of the credit on Homestar's website! Homestar should be getting the glory of his website! They might as well call it strongbad.com...>_< Oh...I give up...I doubt hremails will make Homestar get his glory back...but they'd still be fun...
