I could have sworn Homestar said, "not Homeschool" the first time I heard "not from school."

This was one of the best emails in a while. I wasn't happy with any of the Lappy emails, except for long pants, until THIS thing came along.

"Meh, Strong Bad, Meh!"

Homestar dressed up as the Cheat eating pocket change? That's hilarity at its finest. And the Cheat dressed up as Homestar isn't bad, either.

Moldy Bread Cakes.

Pretty good email. The highlights:
-The return of Sisters, except it's a rewrite
-Homestar as The Cheat
-Homestar falling in love with Strong Bad
-The return of little animal
-Strong Bad's "pat" on Homestar
-The reference to the song Scarborough Fair (I think that's how it's spelled), since it's one of my mom's favorite songs and I get the song stuck in my head
-Homestar eating the coins
-DO OVER!!! We finally get to see Lappy's DELETED, except it's DO OVER!!!

When Homestar said "From school!", I thought Homestar said "Homeschool!", and I was like, "Whoa! The Brother Chaps finally referenced Homeschool on the website?!" Then I later heard "from school" later in the email and read the transcript in the Wiki. But who else thought Homestar said "Homeschool!"?

And "DO OVER" is not the lappy's "DELETED!!!" as it does something very different. But it still is cool!

Now that was very funny indeed. Loved Homestar's attempt at cheatspeak. And the 'Meh? Meh!' at the end--hysterical. The dudes are definitely back on form.

Awexome email!!!! A 9.5/10 easy! It was so good I can't quote all of the parts that I loved... because I'd just be writing the transcript down! Okay, fine. Here's just a few:

- Coach Zed
- SB: "We should have an egg drop soup eating contest."
- Homestar as The Cheat
- redoing 'little animal'
- H*R: "It makes me all jangly inside!"
- Marzipan and The Cheat easter egg

I think they mean that if there will be a DELETED on the Lappy (seeing as I predict someday Lappy will die like Tandy and Compy) it'll be that text.

Yeah Homestar (From School) was hillarious in this. This is one of the best Emails up with Rock Opera, Sisters (which returned this email) and Dragon

LOL! :)

I'd give it ten The Cheats, but since Homestar pretended to be The Cheat (and The Cheat pretended to be Homestar), I'll mix it up a bit.

THE CHEAT IS SO A COW!

So many quotables in this email. Even reading the wiki transcript had me laughing out loud. ;) I give it an A. Would have been an A+ if they gave a reason for Homestar and The Cheat switching.

Am I the first person to rate by emoticons? Did I start the craze? Or did someone else do it before me.

Anyway, I think I should point out that this is the fourth longest SBEmail ever, after "flashback," "vacation," and "dangeresque 3."

Yeah I really loved this email. I love the randomness of the newer ones. Homestar being the cheat in the do-over. Really good as it brought back te tandy complete with workable contrast buttons. I thought it was funny how the do-overs backfired on him. Do you think this was a time travel email? I mean a computer thrown in the trash and not working was used and Homestar still has that time machine they never mention after 2 emails. Still really funny
five out of five homestars

"Little Animal" was the first H*R toon I ever saw, so I was cracking up over this one. I have never actually laughed out loud so hard over a homestar runner toon since... Um... "Extra Plug".

I agree with you, JamesGecko. Not about seeing Little Animal as my first toon, but this is probably the first time I've laughed out loud like this since probably virus. This email was the assurance to me that TBC haven't lost their touch, I was worried, but they're coming back. This email is just so random. 10/10! If I could go any higher, it would be 99999999999999999999999999999999/10, best email since virus'd!

You all are crazy. THis was NOT the best email of the lappy era. In fact, i didn't think it was very funny. I had been worried that SB was deteriorating, but then we had long pants, rampage, and garbage sale. NOw this is a step down again, i think. (Long Pants is a classic. it has every element of pointless nonscencicality that makes this site so great) I give it a poop smith :poop:

Well, to each his own.

But I hope you realize you're hopelessly outnumbered. Everyone else liked this one.
I still think it's maybe the second best email ever. Maybe third.

Oh, and welcome to the forum, Mr. God's Final Message to His Creation.

You were not. Someone was rating them with Cheats and Cheatgrins before I even joined the forum.
