It's definitely the Nebulon easter egg, when Nebulon floats away sad. I KNEW I heard it somewhere before. I don't remember exactly what part of that game it was, but then again, those games tended to use a lot of canned sound effects.

DUDE!!! I know what game you're talking about! Ms.Frizzle gets lost in space and you collect those tokens for clues to find her! That effect was for when you did something on the bus or something.

My best guess is that it's a stock sound - a lot of games, especially older PC games, use them for things like applause, birds, etc.

I loved it! 10/10! My favorite movie title in it would have to be...
Factor Z. I would have liked to have seen a martial arts type movie featuring :pom: since he is my fav character, but that's okay.
