Hey guys, am I the only one getting sick of Strong Bad's email-checking songs? Don't get me wrong, I love when Strong Bad sings; "Different Town" still floors me everytime. Still, the short tunes at the beginning of each new email have become predictable and lame. I liked it better when Strong Bad used to mostly speak his beginning line, making his occasion email song a delightful surprise.

Am I being old fashioned, or have the songs lost their appeal?

I think you are being old fashioned. I think the songs get funnier every time.

Eh, I haven't liked the recent e-mail songs, but for different reason. I can never understand what Strong Bad is saying. Lunch juice?! I like the simple, "something something, email" or "email, something something"

Oh well.

I met this email on a northbound train!
We had some dinner then we danced in the rain!

A lyrical masterpiece!

Oh if I email you, (girl, woman!)
Oh would you email me? (girl, woman!)

That's my favorite so far.

I think they're getting better on average.

Nah, I think the variety in the songs/intros more often than not probably save the first minute or so of the E-mails from becoming too stale. It's more the initial parts afterwards (SB making fun of the sender's name, location, grammar, etc.) and the buildup to the 'cut away from the Compy' section that get too generic at points.

Man, I love the one at the beginning of "personal favorites," even though I know that's kinda old. My favorite recent one would probably be the e-mail on a northbound train.

I like the tunes of the new ones, they aren't stale to me. However, I like the ones that do something unique, like the "long pants" and "flashback" ones. I also like the ones that are bluntly funny.

"This email is making fun of you..."

I liked disconnected's song. I believe it's the only time the "sb_email.exe" thing was a clickable, too, so credit to that XD

I like it when they do ridiculous tie-ins to the songs every now and then, ("playing cards with e-mails" was one of my favorite easter eggs. Abdis, Monkeydudes, Viklas...es) but the "northbound train" one is the best recent one. Mainly because narrator is my second favorite e-mail currently. :P
