Clever... though the negative z-indexes makes the coloured text invisible in Fx (and any other standards-compliant browser...)

And not TBC's... whois shows it's registered to some fan somewhere.

Still... clever.

I wonder whose it is. Did anyone ever get to the bottom of Larry's AIM-name?

Yeah, but the jerks decided to keep it a secret and not tell anyone.

I loved this email.
(Man, why I am so late with posting about these nowadays?!)
Anyways, while it was going on, I knew it was good. I usually have to watch an email a coupla times to get the feel for it, but this one hit the nail right on the head.
I loveeee it.

Awesome e-mail.

Whoever made the CGNU site totally needs to impliment some feature where, after four clicks, you get a degree in something. Even if it's just some crappy photoshopped certificate. That would be awesome. I want to legally prescribe marriages. :)

The theme songs annoyed me slightly, but it was pretty funny. Homestar has teeth!? Wow. The 'Shaheen!' made me laugh, as did the Cheat Commandos bit for some reason. And Senor Cardgage! He was probably the highlight of this email for me. I dunno, I just love seeing him.
This one gets a four-and-a-half grinning The Cheats out of five.
    -insert half grinning The Cheat here-

Do you think that since at the end of the email, it said "Up Next, An All New Powered By The Cheat" that TBC will make a new PBTC cartoon? That would be sweet!

attack of Homestar's teeth!

:p
Anyway i thought the email was kind of weird. It had its moments. However I wasnt crazy about shaheen! or the intro to the email. The rest of it was semi above average. For a second there i though they were gonna forget to put A. Chimendez in the credits but luckily they squeezed that in there. Overall they parodied shows pretty nicely. The cheat baxter-birney was clever.

- for shaheen
- for intro
- for no real egg
- for Canada bit**
+ for A. Chimendez
+++jibblie for Image
+ for 3 is 4 tonite
+ for baxter-birney
+ for song things

Overall maybe 6-7.14159/10.22

**Okay, with the exception of saying hes no "geographist" him making these mistakes arent funny. AT all.

If 3 is too much take this one out.

I don't get what you guys saw in the Shaheen thing, but I liked this one because it was jam-packed with stuff although it was still kind of clumsy with some jokes, not as natural as the other emails. The Cactus Area thing, I'm not sure if it was in this or keep cool was a little weak. I thought that the human-interest theme song effect was hilarious because of how they kind of pinned that down. It reminded me of the Full House song.

Okay seriously, am I the only person who didn't notice Homestar's teeth during the email? Like, I totally missed it.

They aren't that bad.

I really liked this email. I always laugh at the commercials:

"Do you make butt at your current job, do you want to make twice butt?..."

"Do you wanna cut your arms off!?!?! Eeehhhhhuuhhh...."

AWESOME! :eekdance:

After watching a couple o' times, i do agree that the theme songs are pretty good, especially the pop-ballad one. That song is now stuck in my head. :p

Man... i only just saw this thing. I've been nowhere near a computer. This was awesome as always. But, Homestar's teeth seriously gave me the creeps. It gets 8 Kardiaks and a Rorek outta 10.

Strong Bad is a priceless cultural commentator. This email was excellent. The credits may have been the best part, not to mention the awexome commercials!

But you have noticed that they've released a new toon and a bunch of other stuff lately, haven't you?

It's not like they're being lazy when they don't release a Sbemail every week. Infact, I love it when they break their routine and release a new issue of TGS, a new short or a new toon instead. Not that I've got anything against Sbemails.

What are they doing right now? I have no idea. Hopefully something big, like the next volume of Everything Else.

I like it too. I like the toons a lot better than sbemails. Sbemails are awesome. But not as awesome as toons.

All in all, I'd say this was a pretty dern good Sbemail! You can tell that TBC put a butt load of work into it. There was so much going on, especially during the theme song bits. All that stuff floating by, new character designs, etc. This email was definitely visually appealing. Lots of BRIGHT, BRIGHT COLOURS!!!!

Don't know about the rest of you, but I liked Homestar Runner's teeth. In the world of Free Country USA, we don't get to see many teeth. (Bubs is an exception of course, his teeth are always showing.). I think showing H*R's teeth off like that was snazz-tastic! Plus, we are reunited with his passion for light bulbs! I could've done without the "Shaheen!" bit, but I liked the effect added whenever SB mentioned the word. Strong Bad was also called a wrestleman once again, which was quite refreshing, and I loved all those commercials.

Now, you may scratch your head pondering why I said this, but I'ma say it anyways! The funniest part in the whole email for me was: Strong Mad's picture shown during the Pop Ballad-Type Theme Song. His facial expression and position just made me crack up. I had to hold on to my pants for that one. :p

This is a great one. Not quite the same level as classics like "The Basics" or "Duck Pond" (Perfect examples of "Less is More" humor) or modern gems like "Alternate Universe" or "Virus" (perfect showcases of the psychedelic side of SBmail) but one of the best of the "showcase" style e-mails (taking a single idea and running it through different filters with sometimes dubious results) that SB seems to be favoring these days.
Pros:
-The Name Gag is fantastic.
-The Strong Bad Strut has returned, sort of!
-The ubiquitous references here are winners.
-Homestar's teeth. Once he finishes that Light Globeswich, maybe he can eat five batteries.

This one was so hilarious, because it's all so true! Especially the part about ads interrupting the end credits. I laughed so hard at that. I'm a fan of a lot of shows that actually have MATERIAL in the end credits, and still they get cut out of half of the screen by ads. So annoying!

And I'm totally using that screenshot of Strong Bad with the hearts around him in a sig, or an avatar, or something.

That email was funny about Strong Bad talking about theme songs used in TV shows.
