No, but I am a witness telling you what I saw. I still have photgraphic proof, so you can mince over the time all you want. I don't need to be a medical expert to tell you that I'm NOT sure when somebody died. Does your report say he died instantly? Huh? So there! I know he didn't, he even spoke to me!

And no, you can't call me that, my name is Ms. ABC as I stated in the beginning of this testimony.

(And the hole gets deeper and deeper... >:])

Why are you so defensive, Mister Teatime? Are you hiding something?

Your Honor, the Defense is harassing me. I came here to testify to what I saw, I'm not on trial!

*slams gavel*

The witness is correct. Defense, please stop harrasing the witness. If you make a claim, you'd better have evidence to back it up.

But...I guess that the defense is correct as well. Witness. Please do not be so...touchy.

If this photo was taken before the alleged stabbing... why is Mr. Gino lying apparently dead as a doormat on the floor?
*hopping up and down*
Do living men have X's for eyes, Miss ABC which stands for Already Blown her Case??

Did I forget to mention? The defendant HIT Gino first. He's unconcious in that photo, not dead.
She's lifting up the knife to deliver the fatal blow--!

Why didn't you remember this earlier? You said:
Ms. ABC wrote:
I was at the Sleeping Tree at the night of the murder... it was around 9pm. Gino, that poor little angel, was playing chess... he wasn't doing anything when...

That woman over there. *points to the defendant* Stabbed poor Gino, and she deserves death!

First you said he was playing chess, then you say he "wasn't doing anything." Which is it?
*drops pen*

(You uh, need quotation marks [""] around Ms. ABC to finish up that BB code there. Like so:

(wait, how does that address the 'hitting him unconcious' issue...? Do you really want to backtrack to that?)

Er... Gino was playing chess. 'He wasn't doing anything' is just a figure of speech. It means that 'he wasn't provoking the defendant in any way'. If that's what you need to know...

Wait a minute...
So...the victim didn't do anything to provoke the Defendant?

...That would mean...no motive...right?

Well... one motive could be that Gino won the game of chess against her. But I'm no attorney... there could be a deeper reason?

That aside, Miss ABC, can you read the highlighted text for me?
*passes Miss ABC a sheet of paper*
Whoops, whoa, those are some uh... personal emails.
*takes the paper back, gives another one*

"No bruising or contusions found on victim's facial area." ... Is this some sort of joke? When did I say that she hit him in the face?

It's not my fault you're such a crappy attorney that you can't even get all the details.

Your honour, the witness is defensive and obviously lying. This photo proves nothing.
The defense rests.

Not my job, Miss ABC. Reasonable doubt--that's my department.
And there is more than enough doubt to your testimony.

Hmph. I don't see that. She killed him, plain and simple, I saw it, and that's all there is to it.

Listen, I'm not postponing this trial so you can do some detective work, so you need to figure this case out now.

(Oh man, Edgeworth was the KING of reasonable doubt in 3-5)
