Not actually ban them, but say you do, what you do is you make up a reason to ban the person that posted before you, like this:

"Bans Droideka for having crossed Sabers in his avatar"
"Bans so-and-so for joining in April 2005"

No matter how stupid the reason, you can ban the person... Or at least say why you would... Or even forget a reason, just don't do too many without one.
