A person gives next guy a situation that he has to come up with a Homestarrunner.com quote that relates to it. Once the next guy has given his quote, he gives a new situation.
Example:
First Guy: Tomatoes are falling from the sky!
Second Guy: You say tomater, I zader matermorts. Next situation is: political news stories

EDIT: You should change the title of this to "Homestar Situation Quotes".
That way no one will think that this is just like a 'your favorite quote' -type thing.
