Indianna Jones. He had a whip, a cool hat, and a leather jacket. All Harry Potter had was a pair of dumb glasses and a wand. And Indianna Jones ran through caves, and dodged like big ol' rocks. Let's just see wimpy Harry do that kind of stuff.

Indianna Jones or Pitfall Harry?

That. Seriously; "this" implies either something that's physically closer to the speaker, or closer in concept, or already in the speaker's possession. Everybody know's the seaweed is always greener in somebody else's lake.

Speaking of "this or that," I found the soundtrack to this thread. Go to http://www.andyhunter.com/, click on "launch audio player" and play track 9. If you can't tell, there's a voice repeating "this or that."

Jalapeno or habanero?

Jalapeno. Only the most insane idiotic maniac would ever dare cook with a habanero. Believe me, I've done it before.

Mexican food or Indian food?

Actually, I have a couple bottles of a habanero-based "dessert hot sauce" (key lime and cranberry varieties, respectively). They're sweet! The concept is to put it on ice cream, which honestly is pretty good. I mean if you're gonna mess with that stuff, how better than on top of something creamy and frozen.

But sorry to interrupt; the question stands: Mexican or Indian?

Action movies.

What I hate are chick flicks that try to pretend that guys will like them. Case in point, coyote ugly. When I was still living the bachelor life at college, a dorm room of girls tried to convice a few of us guys to watch coyote ugly with them. We look at the cover of the movie, it's about cute girls working at a bar, this should be all right. 10 minutes into it, I wanted to die. It was the most chick flicky movie I had ever seen. I felt used and tricked.

Jumbo Shrimp or Military Intelligence?
