I've gone by "furrykef", and only "furrykef", for at least three years now. I haven't even heard of the other names you mentioned. Before I was "furrykef" I was "MTE Kevin", before that, "MTP Kevin", and before/during that I had various handles. I have a bunch of secret AIM names I never use, too.
