I think this very much resembles fun!
But there is one thing you should know about:
If you are not sure what is going on,
Please just go away and let us be. :p

(Iambic pentameter takes out lulz.)

I was just kidding. Wikipedia?

Perhaps I'm not familiar with the rules
you seem to have a misplaced syllable
in the last line you wrote above this post
maybe the "please" should be written "puh-LEASE!"

How did you ever come up with this game?
I must applaud you for your gaming skills,
For something much like this I could not make,
And writing in this style strains my brain.

I like writing in this style a lot.
It's much better than those crappy haikus.
Iambic pentameter takes out lulz
I think in that one you did break the rules.*

*since you would have to pronounce it PENT-a-MEE-ter, instead of pent-TA-mi-TER**

**I may have broken this rule a few times as well, but...

{it's quite impossible to say iambic pentameter properly while speaking in iambic pentameter. O_o}

And I thought that the day would never come
That such a game would grace the forum screen.
I, myself, enjoy such challenges
And commend you on your ingenuity.

Do we get extra points if we can make
these cutesy little quatrains of ours rhyme?

The extra points will no doubt flow to you,
If you can make the poetry rhyming, too.

(that was horrible.)

I'm always hesitant to do these things;
for I am quite afraid that I'll screw up.
However, I shall give it my best shot.

While that time, you were quite free of mistakes,
I would not rest, for constantly approaches
The threat of screwing up like I will soon.

Spork crafted this, permitting us and you
To play a game that makes it fun to laugh
At clever things that other people do,
And watch as fun esues by cunning gaff.

I like the form that he(?) has chosen too,
And myself choose -- though not required -- to rhyme.
AND I have one request for all of you:
Perhaps after, you'll play a game that's mine?

Or not, as you see fit; it is your time.

Just so you should know, I am a guy.
Something else should eat me some hi-fi.
I don't know what the heck I'm saying. Why?
I wish I had a piece of apple pie.

Barwhack I fear your game is hard for me,
Too hard, that is, for one like me to play,
Einoo your rhymes were weird, you must agree,
But I'm really stretching for rhymes today.
