OK, so this is kind of a "summer replacement" deal until I can write a funny story for RAF!.

Basically how it works is, there are 4 people, each with a number. When it's each person's turn, he or she picks a tile from the board with his/her number on it. That tile is removed, along with each tile directly around it, like so:

Image
This board is from a finished game (which I won, BTW), but you get the idea. Let's say you picked a 4, outlined here in red. That tile would eliminate the tiles next to it in all 8 directions, outlined here in green. So Player 2 would lose 4 tiles, 1 & 3 would each lose one, and 4 would lose two tiles in addition to the one he picked. Each player has the same number of tiles (25). If you have no more tiles to pick, you are OUT of the game. The last player able to make a move wins.

Get it? Got it? Good. I'll take 4 players:
1. Did he sell eggs?
2. That Cinnamon Thing
3. Bugkiss
4. Color Printer

Once all the spots are filled, I will randomize the play order and put up the board. Feel free to plot with other players so you can strategize about the tiles you all pick.

Sure, I'm down. This game might actually be able to fill the void in my lonely and boredum-filled summer days. Bring it on yo, and watch yo backs, 'cause things are about to get cra-cra-crazy! (Assuming of course that colour tiles are even remotely crazy...)

EDIT: Oh wait... I'm going to be gone from Tuesday to Sunday on a second summer vacation, so I'll probably miss the entirety of this game. Guess the forth sport's still open! Dance puppets, DANCE!

2. Bugkiss
3. Did he sell eggs?
4. [s]ThatCinnamonThing[/s]Askingforachallenge

It is now Color Printer's turn.

You could take out four of Bug's tiles if you choose F7.

Oh, you're right. :P

Although you guys are the ones who should be plotting on what tiles to pick. I'm just supposed to be the host.

Say Ian, Shouldn't it be " Did He sell Eggs?' turn " because eggs has an s already. And no one says Did He sell Eggs(question mark)'s?

Sorry, I just like correct usage of the English Language.

"eggs" is part of his name, so that makes his name one entity, regardless of what comes at the end.

C7. Sweet.

I'm going to be gone for a week, so... I replace myself with anyone who would like to play, or to not slow down the game more than it is, Ian.

Can't pick C7. Ya gotta pick one of your numbers.

Also, I'll take your spot if that's k. But you can make this move.

Shoot, I forgot that.

Quick Q: Is overlapping aloud? The number would just not count that overlapped?

Yeah, you can do that. The squares that were already eliminated aren't affected or anything.
