Okay, this is how it works each of the homestar smilies get 50 hp.
In your post you can eather take a hp away from a smilie, or give one to a smilie. you can also take 2 hp away but if you do, you can't heal, and visa versa.

Example:
hurt
heal

After you're turn, you must post every one's stats.
Edit: Okay, I changed the name of the title and the max hp of the charicters
