Okay, my first sign-up game, (inspired by another) hopefully all goes as planned.

THIS GAME IS FOR ONE PLAYER. Initially...

At the beginning of every round, a new player, The Newb, may join the game. Only the first new player will be accepted. Please post joining the game in the thread.

Every round will involve a very nonpainful single-submission game, concocted by yours truly. Points will be awarded to (or lost by) one or more players each round, with subsequent rounds resulting in greater rewards.

Submissions for the single-submission games will be expected at roughly one week intervals. No penalty (other than my wrath) will be incurred by comatose individuals.

The game will be over in 20 rounds or when no one new wants to join during a round. I doubt we'll make it to 20, but it is simply an imaginary estimate.

However, be warned, The Newb will always have an advantage in the next game

The winner of The Newb will be the player with the most points at the end of the game

First game:

Be the First:

Person that is The Newb for this round, wins one point.

(Heh, I promise, all the games won't be so easy like this.) :p

Can we redo this? Sorry, kinda fell apart, my mind got distracted, Potates wouldn't send his submission.

So! REDO!

First game:
Be the first.

Objective is to be the first person to sign up for the game.

Newb for this round wins 1 point.

Oh, BTW, this means players have been reset, which means the current number of them is 0.

Welcome to the Newb silent wulf.

Again
Scores:
silent wulf: 1

He is so good at this game.

Now for round 2:

Horseplay

Both players will be given a horse to race across a 10 section track, each horse can race one section at a time, each player must put a lava pit on one of the ten sections of the opponent's track, and they must also choose a section on their own track, where when they reach it, they switch tracks with their opponent's.

Player's horse who goes the farthest wins three points.

The Newb of this game may use their advantage to scan half their track for the lava pit before making their turn.

Basically two ten-section tracks.

Both horses cross one section at a time.

You PM me which numbered section of the opponent's track where you would like to put the lava pit, which will stop the opponent's horse...er, and burn it.

You must also PM at which numbered section do you want your horse to switch tracks with its opponent, when it crosses it, it switches tracks with the opposing horse, which could mean the difference in getting the farthest.

Horse who goes the farthest wins three points, if tied both players will get three points.

EDIT: Welcome to the Newb sbe-mail 22!

'Kay, may silent wulf not kill me for this...

silen wulf's actions:
Lava: Section 7
Switched: Section 5

sbe-mail 22's actions:
Lava: Section 1
Switched: Section 2

Since silent wulf burned at his first section, this makes sbe-mail 22 the winner!

Scores:
silent wulf: 1
sbe-mail 22: 3

Round 3, The big cheese:

In front of you three players is a wheel of cheese composed of 10 slices.

Each player will take a turn taking any number of slices of the cheese from the wheel, or from another player's income of cheese, however, if they take more cheese slices than there are available, they will get nothing.

The Newb for this round gets to decide the order in which the players take cheese.

At the end of the round, you get one point for each slice of cheese you have.

Let's swipe that cheese!

sbe-mail 22 takes 7 slices from the cheese
silent wulf takes 7 from sbe-mail 22
gino takes 1 slice from the cheese

Current scores:
silent wulf: 8
sbe-mail 22: 3
gino: 1

Well done comrades!

Now onto round 4,
Bid on that!:

Each of you are bidding on a valuable item, and each of you can bid a number 1-10, however if there is a tie for the highest bidder, it will slip down to the next highest bidder, and they will become the highest bidder.

Everyone gets the amount of points that matches their number bid, but the winner gets double his or hers.

The Newb will get to subtract 2 points from one of the fellow player's bid.
