The room was dimly lit, I didn't have the right lens on my camera to get a clear shot and the flash wasn't charged. I only had a split second to act. I'm sure you can imagine my distress when I saw what happened... I was lucky I even remembered to take the photo!

(And I already told you what happened, you shouldn't ask for more in-depth details until the Defense spots my contridictions - which hasn't happened yet - you don't want your witness to slip up and say something to ruin your Prosecution. *cough* That's just my recommendation, though. Yet I now present the official (verified, for Picky Pants over on the witness stand here) coroner's report stating that Mr. Gino's time of death was approximately 10:13 PM!  ... ... Well, just because I wasn't sure of the time of death d-doesn't mean anything! He couldn't taken 10 minutes to die, give or take, the ambulance didn't get there for at least 20 minutes! It's not like anybody there were doctors who could save him! Besides, I still have photographic evidence. |
