The court is now in session. Attorneys, please ready your cases. Prosecution, please call your first witness.

(People I am going to PM: Prosecution, Prosecution Detective, Defendant, Defense Attorney, Deceased's fiancé, Deceased's Bodyguard. I will give more details to the other witnesses later, and let the murderer know who you are. Incriminating details of the case are going to be PM'ed to the Prosecution and to the Prosecution Detective, who should be called as the first witness in order to establish more of a case. Hint hint! haha. Ok, wait for your PMs and then go crazy! -- edit: I've sent them all now! Let me know if you didn't get them/don't like your story.

Reminder: From this point on, speak in parenthesis if you're speaking out of character!)

The prosecution is ready to prove that the defendant, Tess-chan, shot and murdered Ms. Felinda in the back, thus killing her. I would like to present the autopsy report as evidence.

Image She was shot at about 2: 30 PM due to a single gunshot to the back. The death was instantaneous.
The prosecution would like to call its first witness, Sloshy.

Well, for one, we found the blood of poor Ms. Fatinda Galinda Felinda, ON MISS JESS TESS'S SHIRT. Does anyone have that shirt? It'd be helpful. Also, the ring was in her pocket! Tess is a greedy woman. We have proof of that... um... somewhere. Where is the proof? WHERE IS THE PROOF?!?!??!

Wow, this trial is already off to a very strange start, Mr Chichindrich! I can't see anything wrong with the autopsy report.... maybe you should press the witness into revealing more information. Don't present evidence just yet - we only have one piece, so you should use it as a trump.

(HELL YES! You can shine a whole new and naughty light to this entire case! mwahahaha... *coughs*

Anyways, y'all are so cute. X) ... I think the main course for the Defense is to drill the Prosecution Detective on all the evidence he has, and then the Prosecution be all like 'yeah you found all those contridictions but we have witnesses too so screw you' traditional ace-style.

That's just my tip, though. ;) ... ohmygod the detectives and aides are so cute already I can't take it... heee

p.s. awesome picture of the victim there... :-D )
