Day 1
"How about silent wulf?" said Biscuit. "You know, because they're called W.O.L.F. and his name is wulf?"
"Nah, that's a lame idea," said Tess-chan. "Although we really don't have any other reason to vote..."
Noid piped up. "Don't you think it's suspicious how quickly Ido wanted to start lynching people?"
"Eh, someone had to step up to get the game started," shrugged Positron.
"What?"
"Never mind."
"Anyway," Noid continued, I'm not saying we vote for him. I don't want to go leaderless right now either. But maybe we should vote for someone who was quick to agree with him..."
"I see what you're saying," said Abu. "If I remember correctly, Stupendous7 was on Ido's side from the get-go." Several people voiced their agreement.
"What?" Stu protested. "I'm not a W.O.L.F. person just because I like Ido. Why aren't you killing him?"
"We have to test the waters!" Noid was getting more agitated. "If you do turn out to be one of them, then we an bet Ido is too!"
"Whoa, calm down there," said Ian. He looked askance at Noid. "That logic doesn't sound very good to me. You're starting to look a little suspicious yourself."
After this point, the voting process turned into an all-out verbal fight of neighbour against neighbour. Accusations flew left and right without regard. Ido removed himself from the cacophony and rubbed his eyes. "There's no way I can vote this time," he thought. "Not without tearing the whole square apart." A few others joined him in refusal to participate.
At long last, the din calmed down and the people seemed to have reached a conclusion. Noid and Stu were at the centre, the rest of the citizens backing away from them. Ido reclaimed his place at the head of the crowd and asked, "Who will it be? One of these two?"
"I think it's a tie, but I might have miscounted, in which case it's probably Noid," said Ian.
"You guys! Vote for Ian! He's just trying to pin suspicion on me for no reason! Why isn't anyoner listening to me?"
Ido sighed. "Stop bickering. Confirm your votes in the ballot box so I can get to counting them." Silence as Ido solemnly divided the ballots into piles. "...It's Noid, by one vote," he declared.
"NO!" Noid screamed as he was forced to the front. "I'm innocent, I swear it! You all can just-" His last thought hung incomplete in the air as Ido swiftly drew his pistol and fired.
"...so was he a mutant?" asked AFAC after a minute of quiet.
"I don't know," said Ido, "we'll just have to wait and see what they do."

-The Noid has been lynched. He was a townsperson.

-This round ends in 24 hours: 6 PM EST, July 3.
