-Pre-Game- "Good evening, and welcome to Channel 11 News at Six, the most trusted news source in Urbanopolis. I'm Cynthia Summers. Our top story tonight: A fourth victim of the so-called "Midnight Killer" has been found in Regency Park. Like the previous three, the body was found with the blood completely drained from an incision in the jugular. Police have no suspects. If you have any information than can lead to the killer's apprehension, please call-" The TV suddenly went into static. Gino got up to bang on it, but the picture quickly resolved into a scene very different from the one he had just been watching. A burly figure stood silhouetted against harsh backlights. Behind him was a wall bearing a logo: a wolf's head and a double helix, with the acronym W.O.L.F. "Citizens of Urbanopolis, do not panic," said the man. "We are the World Organization for the Leadership of the Future. We are a band of mutants united to demonstrate the superiority of our kind over yours. As of today, our operatives have usurped and destroyed your city's government and police force. We are now in control. We have operatives living in every corner, on every street of this city. We have had so for many years now. Hiding from us is useless. We seek any mutants living in this city and ask them to join our ranks. If they refuse, we will start eliminating citizens until they reveal themselves. Dissent is not an option." The message then began again from the beginning. Gino dashed out his front door and onto the street of Morrison Square. At the same time, his next-door neighbor, Potates, exited his house. "You watch the news?" Gino asked. "Yeah. What was that guy talking about? Mutants? Overthrowing the government? It has to be a prank, right?" But no sooner had Potates said this than the sound of whirring blades drowned him out. The pair saw two helicopters sweep over the square with blinding spotlights. Both had the W.O.L.F. logo on their sides. Gino stared. Potates muttered, "... well, that can't be good." (story note: the guy giving the message is an NPC) -Signups are now closed. - I will be sending role PMs starting now. If you signed up but do not get a PM tonight, contact me by any means necessary to let me know how big a dorkus I am. - It is now Round Zero. All players vote for the mayor. |

I don't know...Cap is a smart player, I think this is exactly what the Mutants want. It worked last game - elect a wolf into office to get a lead. If this is true I could also see JAU being a mutant, due to his immediate following and this maybe subtle hint: Quote: We have no idea who the mutants are, heck even I could be a mutant! And if that's true, then Susan is a mutant too. Regardless, Capt. is a strong player, and the humans need a good mayor. I change my vote to Capt. Ido Nos...but if I get lynched right away... Also, my reason for voting for him is cause of his name: Ido Nos as in I dont no. lol (and I hate jumping on the first band wagon I see [the second one is fine though]) I love all the paranoid thougts at the start of one of these games. |

That would be a clever thing to do if I were a mutant but sorry, you're a little wrong there. Just playing off of strategy used in the last game: get a mutant in power. |

Edit: Wait, We had a wolf in charge last time? All I remember is me being killed for my Toothy grin. Which happened to be to obvious. |
