Just happened:
I was playing Dead Rising and running out in the plaza, killing zombies. One grabs me and almost kills me, but I manage to push him back with one health point remaining. I take two steps and get run over by the inmates in the Jeep.

Either make up a situation that is epic fail, OR tell of a time when you epically fail'd. Ready Go! One time, I was playing Starfox 64's training mode on expert, and the wolfen came in. It was on my tail, so a did a summersault. In the proccess, I crashed into one of those buildings and both of my wings fell of, causing my arwing to continually decend. Without realizing how low I was, I held dow the 'R' button to turn around, and doinging that suddenly made me loose health via crashing into the floor. The whole experience was epic fail. |

I was playing an electronic fast-pased version of Mafia, I was the Sheirff and checked somebody, that somebody was my partner, who I was informed was on my team at the beginning of the game. |

I was playing SOCOM: Combined Assault. I was in the last mission on Admiral (hard) level. Just at the end of the mission, after I had captured that Adjikistani president, Kazim, I thought I'd toss a grenade into the next room just for fun. Unfortunately, the grenade bounced off the door frame and landed right in front of me. Need I say more? |

So, I was playing Driver 3. You could just stop here, as that alone is fail enough. Anyway, I stole a cop car and was driving it around the city with about four cops chasing me. I decide to try a new tactic, and drive into the sea, with the four cops following. I go in the water, and automatically get out and stand on my car. The four cop cars miraculously miss me, and also plunge into the water behind me. The cops get out and stand on their vehicles, earnestly trying to shoot me but missing every time. Eventually, the cars they are standing on disappear, and they start swimming in place. After about thirty seconds of this, they randomly die and I go about on my merry way towards the shore. As soon as I get back on land, a cop car with policemen spawns five feet above me. *CRUSH* |

This isn't exactly my failure, but, I was playing Mario Galaxy fighting Megaleg, when I got to the top of his head and the Bullet Bills appeared, one of them on the other side of him tried to go over the thing that was holding the Grande Star, and it actually hit the grande star, thus making me win the battle. @Megaleg: Epic Fail |

I once tried doing a front flip off of my cousin's trampoline with my eyes closed (I was like 10 at the time), and I ended up landing straight on my neck. During one of the later lacrosse games last season, a bunch of people were fighting over the ball. Out of nowhere, this guy about twice my size came through the pack and knocked me into the ground about five feet away. I landed on my back, which resulted in me having a tiny tick in my neck for about a month. The crowd actually laughed at me, since it was such a huge hit. Uh...that's all I can think of at the moment. This really shouldn't be in Forum Games. EDIT: Actually, when it came to tackling somebody in lacrosse, I almost always failed and got knocked into next week. One other time that I remember off the top of my head is when I had to take the ball in from the sidelines, and when I tried to dodge past one person, he threw me right back out (with a few flips and a perfect landing on my knee to boot). I also had knee problems for about a month. :D |

I was in my cousin's pool and I was trying to see if I could dive into one of those tubes. I jumped in and hit my face on the edge, hurt my neck, and flipped over. I did that about four times. |
