Two possibilities:

"Never Mind The Buttocks!" - it's from that one SBEmail where he was asked what he thought of the English. It has since been associated with Tef, who's secret identity is a British guy in a bowler hat.

"Gorbachev Sings Tractors! Turnip! Buttocks!" - from an old Bloom County cartoon. That one kid hacked into the Soviet newspaper and changed the headline to what he thought was, "Gorbachev urges disarmament! Total! Unilateral!" Unfortunately, he got the translation a bit off.

Oops, forgot about the game. Is a male robot. How strange is that?
