I peek inside throgh the door.

thou see a long hallway, and the bakc of the guard turning a corner to the right at the end of it. there are some crates along the walls, and there is a corner to turn to the left in the middle of the hallway. the constable will be back soon. you could probably hide somewhere so you can see where he's going. too much info...anyways, get going genious.

I watch as the constable moves away. Then I whisper to Extal: "Anything interesting in there?"

"A hallway with some crates, and a couple of doorways. The guard is taking one, I'm gonna take a look at what is through the other door."

I go inside and look into the left doorway.

I talk to Sarge. "Should we try to take out the guards?"

"I think we should wait and see if there's any trouble. We wouldn't want to get in over our head"

the guard passes where Extal is hiding and comes out to the rest of you guys. extal can now go and check what the Constable checked out. i suggest that you guys dont actually start a combat situation unless you have to, and by have to, i mean when they attack you first. the guard checks his rounds every once and a while. extal, your on your own for a little while, and the rest of the party should distract the guard. ohh crap, i hate being DM, i always give away to much info!!!

Let's continue to distract the guards until Extal gets back. We don't want to start a fight here just yet. We don't know if these people are evil or good... what I wouldn't give for a Know Alignment spell.

I go down the hallway and take the right turn where the guard did.

your at an open door wich leads into a small storage room, there is a door on the otehr side of the room, some shelves, and a book case on the wall where the door is. there are marks on the floor from where the front of the door is to the book case. it could probably be moved to block out someone. meanwhile, outside the guard re-arrives to the rest of the party.

I was just about to. It never hurts to look around a bit. I open the door a crack and look through

looks like the store room. hey, this is the inside of the Grocery Store that was blocked off. there are two counters on the sides, a Trapdoor in the middle of the room with the handle missing, the cash register is open, but theres nothing in it. theres a store room to the left of it, the door has been broken down. looks liek there are some claw marks at the front door. speaking of door, i suggest you try and block the door in the room you just came through so the guard cant get in if your friends fail to distract him. what now? wanna look into the store room, block the door, examine the trapdoor, or what?
