i think that that would be an awesomesauce idea!!! here's what i think would work if there was one:

fighters:

stinkoman, (stinkoman 20x6)
moveset:
attack: fireball. (launches a stream of fireballs)
up attack: tilted-jump deuce. (stinkoman jumps in a tilted style, damaging any foes he touches)
down attack: twister deuce. (stinkoman spins around pummeling any foes with his fists)
taunt: laughs.
victory theme: stinkoman 20x6 level start noise.

rather dashing, (peasants quest)
moveset:
attack: supertime funbow. (rather dashing launches an arrow from the supertime funbow)
up attack: trog-sword slash. (rather dashing attacks by spinning the trog-sword)
down attack: on fire. (rather dashing dons a peasant robe and sets it alight, temporarily being able to burn anyone who comes in contact with the flame)
taunt: holds the trog-sword high in the air.
victory theme: end of the music to the peasants quest movie trailer.

lady crate ape, (lady crate ape)
moveset:
attack: crate throw. (occasionally throws a barrel, which will roll into opponents)
up attack: twirling punch. (spins with both hands as fists. in midair, lady crate ape will be able to temporarily hang in midair)
down attack: ground slap. (um... duh.)
taunt: shrugs.
victory theme: climbing section complete tone.

mista fixit, (mista fixit)
moveset:
attack: portable wrecking ball. (mista fixit winds up and when finished charging, let's loose a wrecking ball)
up attack: drill bit. (points a drill in an upward direction)
down attack: jackhammer. (mista fixit starts pummeling the ground with a jackhammer.)
taunt: does an arm pump and says "let's build something!"
victory theme: building complete theme.

kid speedy, (kid speedy)
moveset:
attack: headbutt. (kid speedy slaps his head into whatever is in front of him, burying any foe directly in front)
up attack: twirling slapper. (same as LCA, only it can be tilted)
down attack: speedy bomb. (sends kid speedy rocketing downward, useful in midair)
taunt: does a quick peace sign and then passes out.
victory theme: track qualified theme.

ryu, (math kickers)
moveset:
attack: energy ball attack. (shoots an energy ball)
up attack: ultra-dash. (sends ryu dashing in whatever directions pressed)
down attack: supreme lightning. (sends down a bolt of lightning)
taunt: raises left fist in the air victoriously.
victory theme: Math Kickers main theme tone.

dex, (math kickers)
moveset:
attack: mega-punch. (immediately smacks the opponent)
up attack: headbutt. (similar to kid speedy, only it doesn't bury the opponent)
down attack: foot smash. (dex stomps the ground, sending a wave of dirt straight forward)
taunt: raises right fist in the air victoriously.
victory theme: Math Kickers main theme tone.

steak styles, (50k racewalker)
moveset:
attack: ultra-kick. (a supercharged kick)
up attack: uppercut. (punches forward in the air)
down attack: super kick. (similar to dex, only it only works if the opponent is in front of you)
taunt: wipes brow as if to say "phew!".
victory theme: 50k racewalker main theme tone/ending tone.

unlockable fighters:

1-up (stinkoman 20x6)
moveset:
attack: tornado kick. (kicks in a circle.)
up attack: super cap-flap. (takes off his cap & throws it upwards like a boomerang)
down attack: foot smack. (1-up sits on the ground and spins his legs in fox/falco down smash like fashion)
taunt: turns into gold and sinks into ground.
victory theme: stinkoman 20x6 level start noise.

gel-arshie (gel-arshie's pro-fruitboarder)
moveset:
attack: brain surge. (gel-arshie pulls out his brain and smacks it into the opponents face)
up attack: creepy air: (utilizes surfboard and does the Creepy Air trick from his game)
down attack: gel-bomb (similar to kid speedy, only gel-arshie pounds into the ground with his head)
taunt: twirls board and says "Gnarly!".
victory theme: gel-arshie's pro fruitboarder main theme tone

secret collect, (secret collect)
moveset:
attack: cap fire. (secret collect sets his cap alight and boomerang-throws it)
up attack: cap thunder. (boomerang-throws his thunder-filled cap (controlled with directions))
down attack: secret magnet. (sets up a psychic shield which absorbs all projectiles and heals damage)
taunt: holds yellow secret cube in the air.
victory theme: secret collected tone.

snake boxer, (snake boxer)
moveset:
attack: omega punch. (winds up & immediately punches)
up attack: uppercut grab. (does an uppercut, if it comes in contact with an opponent, he grabs them and does extreme damage)
down attack: ultra kick. (kicks downward at high speed)
taunt: holds up a snake pelt.
victory theme: snake boxer main theme tone.



stages:

construction site, (lady crate ape)

peasantry, (peasants quest)

egg mountain minithon, (kid speedy)

walktrack, (50k racewalker)

the algebros hometown, (math kickers)

unfinished building, (mista fixit)

demons rub marathon, (kid speedy)

unlockable stages:

planet k, (stinkoman 20x6)


items:

capsule, (stinkoman 20x6)
type: container/throwing.
use: throw it (or attack it) & it breaks open containing an item. half the time it will explode, made more likely by attacking it (or hitting an opponent when thrown).

hammer, (mista fixit)
type: damaging.
use: you automatically start swinging the hammer for a few minutes, sending any foes that come in contact with it flying.

handgun, (original/where's an egg?)
type: shooting/throwing.
use: with this, you can shoot instead of just using your normal attack. it only holds 10 bullets, though...

katana, (original)
type: damaging/throwing.
use: if you are holding it, you are able to use the sword.

poison capsule, (stinkoman 20x6)
type: damaging/throwing.
use: if thrown at someone, it will severely damage them. but it can also be caught by an enemy to throw at and damage you, so beware

crate, (original/lady crate ape)
type: container/throwing.
use: breaking it open it contains multiple items. like the capsule, it is liable to sometimes explode if broken.

barrel, (original/lady crate ape)
type: container/throwing.
use: same as the crate & capsule. only it can roll around until it either breaks, or falls off the stage.

stone fist, (stinkoman 20x6)
type: damaging/throwing.
use: with this equipped, your standard attack is replaced with smacking the stone fist.

bomb, (original)
type: throwing/explosive.
use: when thrown, it explodes on impact. but remember: it can be caught and thrown back at you.


modes:

battle mode: the standard fighting mode in the game.

1-p mode: fight a set onslaught of opponents.

training mode: if you need a description, you're not human.

bonus mode 1: break the targets.

bonus mode 2: board the platforms.

unlockable modes:

sound test: listen to different sounds from the game.

All Star: battle every fighter in the game.


1-p mode challenge pattern:

1. rather dashing

2. kid speedy team

3. steak styles

4. break the targets

5. dex & ryu (shown as "the algebros")

6. mista fixit

7. giant lady crate ape

8. board the platforms

9. dex

10. ryu

11. metal stinkoman

12. race to the finish

13. fighting silhouette team

final stage. videlectrix mascot (that guy that runs across the screen and trips over, just to clarify for people who don't know)

All-Star challenge pattern:

1. Stinkoman 20X6 (stinkoman & 1-up)

2. Math kickers (dex & ryu)

3. Mista Fixit (mista fixit)

4. Secret Collect (secret collect)

5. Snake Boxer (snake boxer)

6. Kid Speedy (kid speedy)

7. 50k Racewalker (Steak Styles)

8. Peasant's Quest (Rather Dashing)

9. Lady Crate Ape (lady crate ape)

10. Gel-Arshie's Pro Fruitboarder (gel-arshie)


unusable stages:

tutorial stage: used for tutorial video.

Race To The Finish stage: used for race to the finish.

battlefield: used for fighting silhouette team battle.

black stage b/w giant white platform: used for videlectrix mascot battle.

grassy field b/w teleporter: used between all star battles.



i know i borrowed this from SSB, but it's still pretty awesomesauce.

besides... trogdor is too awesome to be in this one... maybe in a sequel that has more fighters, like that guy from where's an egg, or ron planet, or even dangeresque!.

But yeah, Dangeresque would be awesome. I wish I knew where to get some decent H*R sprites... Most of them online are crap.

ways to unlock:

Characters:

gel-arshie: clear 1-p mode at least once.

1-up: clear targets with every starter character.

secret collect: clear 1-p mode with only 3 mans.

snake boxer: clear 1-p in under 30 min.


Stages:

Planet K: clear 1-p mode with stinkoman or 1-up.


Modes:

Sound Test: unlock all characters & stages.

All-Star (sorry for the late addition): unlock all characters.



awesome...

oh, and i think the roomisode has dangeresque sprites, (nunchuck-gun & other attacks not included)

new ways to unlock hidden characters from previous game:

1-up: clear classic with stinkoman.

snake boxer: starter character.

Stinkoman
new attacks:
>NEW!<side attack: cape. not from any game in particular. stinkoman flaps a cape, making opponents face the other way.

Rather Dashing

side attack: Boomerjigger. not from any game in particular. rather dashing throws a boomerang. if it misses, it can come back to you hitting any foes on the way.

Lady Crate Ape
new attacks:
side attack: bury. same as kid speedy from the past game.

Dex
new attacks:
side attack: super side smack. a very powerful punch.

Ryu
new attacks:
side attack: super side smack. same as dex.

Mista fixit
new attacks:
side attack: bowling mine. mista fixit throws a deep-sea mine like a bowling ball, which explodes on contact with an opponent, or wall.

Kid speedy
new attacks:
side attack: carrot shooter. um, duh...

Steak styles
new attacks:
side attack: super side smack. same as dex & ryu

fighters from the second game:

eggtective (where's an egg)

trogdor (trogdor!!/peasants quest)

planet alerters (planet alert!)

unlockable characters:

thy dungeonman (thy dungeonman)
unlocked by: clearing classic with every other character.

pan pan (stinkoman 20X6)
unlocked by: clearing classic with stinkoman and 1-up.

stage 3: algebros. hometown, goal: defeat dex & ryu.

stage 3 (part 2): hometown bomb, goal: escape bomb blast radius.

stage 4: thy dungeon (adventure), goal: reach the dungeon cell and defeat rather dashing.

stage 5: battlefield, goal: defeat fighting mannequin team (replacement for fighting silhouette team)

stage 5 (part 2): battlefield, goal: defeat metal stinkoman (metal 1-up, and metal pan-pan if you have unlocked them).

stage 6: last stop, goal: defeat trogdor, again.

stage 6 (optional bonus part 2 if you cleared the mode without losing a man): last stop, goal: defeat ultimate trogdor.

event match: participate in event matches.

1: here mista! fixit! (playable: mista fixit (2 mans). stage: unfinished building. goal: defeat opponents using only hammers and/or gold hammers. enemies: 3 random enemies, one man each)

2: are you asking for a CHALLEEEEENGE?! (playable: stinkoman (2 mans). stage: the moon! goal: defeat opponents. enemies: 3 stinkomans, one man each)

3: planet alert! (playable: planet alerters (1 man). stage: stray planet. goal: defeat enemies before 1:00 is up. opponents: mista fixit, 1 man, stinkoman, 1 man, giant ron planet, 1 man.)

4: the throwdown of ultimate deathtiny (playable: choose (2 mans). stage: last stop. goal: defeat enemies in desired player order. opponents: videlectrix mascot, 1 man. 2 mini trogdors, 1 man each.)

5: final event already? (unlocked by: beating events 1-4. playable: choose (1 man). stage: last stop. goal: defeat ultimate trogdor from adventure mode. opponents: ultimate trogdor, 1 man.)
