Peasant's Quest Proposed Sequels

The Brothers Chaps at one time were developing two different sequels to Peasant's Quest that have since been abandoned. One was a direct sequel involving the "throw baby" baby, and another parodied MMORPGs and was called "Peasant's Quest: ONLINE???".

Haha, this would have been awesome. I like all the ideas they had for it, especially the back story for PQ2. Babym'n, ahaha.

I've been waiting for this game to be made (Peasant's Quest II not Peasant's Quest: Online, though they both sound great) since the original Peasant's Quest was released ; but I gotta ask, is this going to be more like kq II or kq III because you are playing as the son.

I think it might have been better if we had a VGA upgrade for PQ2.

Still the highest res, but digging all 256 real-world realistic colors! 8D

Aw, these would have been lovely! Shame the Chaps gave up on them both, I would have adored the chance to wander about in the EXP Forest and make all kinds of breaks in the fourth wall!

Well... I wonder if I wish real REAL hard and click my heels together... then maybe they'll finish it and I can waste my time doing that instead!

I agree they're not as good as proper updates, but any sign of life from them is good, right?

Hey, could you do me a favor and wish for an end to world hunger while you're at it?

I thought this update was quite interesting, especially the Orb of Lag.

Uhh... why would I wanna do that? You know how many people that would put out of a job? I'm looking for a job right now... and it sucks!

I think it would have been funny if the Specific Online Players were obviously citizens of Free Country U.S.A. Like Marzipan playing a hot elf but complaining about how sexist the character design is. Homestar playing another peasant and asking you stupid questions. Strong Bad playing a Knight and calling you a noob and acting all elitist. Could have been fun, oh well. There's always the old cartoons.
