I know. Who would take a shortcut through the lava zone?

I would go the safe, long way.

ain't it weird that: if you click on "new game" it goes back to level 4.1 instead of 1.1?

reffering to posts from people who couldn't pass level 1

that seems like a goof or glitch to me...

Yay, I finally beat it.

I thought levels 4.1 and 4.2 were easy once you knew what to do, but the big boss was tough.

I just beat it. It was hard, but nowhere near as hard a 3.1.

3.1 was easy... now 3.2 was hard...
I'm on 4.2, but it's not that it's hard, more that I'm tired of doing the same part 20 times just to get a little further. It's not the type of game that you can just see and react, you kinda have to know what's ahead of you.

I FINALLY beat that accursed level. Three times I got to the boss and then died, having to start again. So very frustrating.

Kudos to TBC, that was a good addition to the game.

I always am amazed at the stupidity of NPCs in video games. I mean this guy is just walking along and despite having a stream of hot painful death-inducing lava flowing right in front of him he just keeps walking. I love his line of doing it by himself at the end though. It reminds of games where you always have to protect your partner even though they're supposed to be just as skilled as you with fighting. I don't ever see them getting a game over if I die.

I haven't gotten past level 4.1 yet, but this is really fun. I like how everything depends on 1-Up instead of Stinkoman. Hopefully I'll beat it soon!

Or like those old sonic games. It was so much fun to try to kill Tails.

The best part was, he kept coming back each time you killed him. :)

I always liked walking past the squishy things and standing right in front of them so Tails would get squished.

SUPERCRAP!!!!
All right, so the level 4.2 is so frustrating to go through, for you have to wait, get the timing right, and only jump or pound on enemies to save 1Up's butt. And then there's the boss. It's so hard. I always die when I almost kill the boss. You see, sometimes, I'm cornered to a wall so by Fiery Hots, the boss' lasers or the boss itself, so I get inevidable damage. Does anybody have some hints not included in the walkthrough to help me beat the boss? I always die when only the head of the boss remains.

Frustrated but enjoying the new level,
Shim-Sham-Sam

I just beat level 1.2, so I'm way behind you guys. Level 2.1 isn't that easy either...

I don't see what people's problems are with level 3.2... I mean it's impossible to lose...
Even in 3.1 you have to worry about the clouds, but in 3.2 nothing can harm you.

When the head is at the top of its jump, you can walk under it, so try to position your fist under the head and hit it as it falls.

It's the fact that all the other crap keeps taking away your bread. Try having 9 pieces of bread, then end up with 0 2 seconds later and see how you feel.

Edit: I think ti's inecitable that if you die on level 1.3, the floow dissapears. My computer is fast, but nooooo :/

Ipersonally thought that level 3.2 was the easiest.

On level 3.2, just wait for the pieces of bread you know you can get cleanly and avoid everything else.

But, yeah. Level 4 is awesome, especially the music. It kind of sets this "dire mission" tone to it.

Well, I just defeated Saa... the level 4 boss. It was hard, and I was on the verge of losing my last life when I killed Saa... the level 4 boss, and I didn't need to use Bob's advice (although it would have been helpful, I couldn't find the right timing in order to do that, for there are the Fiery Hots). I can't wait for Level 5! Maybe it will have Pan Pan in it!

Yeah, I didn't think the levels were too bad, but the boss was really hard.

I beat Level 3 (yes, the one you people claim to be the "hardest"), as in, 3.1 and 3.2, in under 5 minutes.

Level 4 is wicked hard. It's a fairly simple strategy, but when that guy who shoots at you starts to when you're under a lava flow is crap!

Oh, and the cutscenes are hilarious, too.

I just finished Level 4. I thought 2.2 was the hardest, and 3.2 was the easiest. Level 4 is frustrating because I hit the buttons too early and 1-Up ended walking right into a pool of lava. :P

I finally beat the fourth level today. I don't really see why everyone thinks it's so hard, the only part I had trouble with was the boss. I can't wait to see what comes next. Hopefully, it'll involve new 20X6 characters we haven't yet seen.

By the by...
