I seem to recall that there was a game similar to this one... It was a round toy, and you could pull a string to hear the characters, who said the same words as in that game... But where is it?

I remember it, too. It was called "Spin 'n' Say". But now it has been updated with Homsar and given a new name.

Ok, namechanging it to "who said what" was ok, but adding "now" at the end, removing the spinny part and not decreasing the quality of homsar/increasing the quality of the others is enough! I have just informed of this thanjks to this topic...

I think they changed it for legal reasons, and also so they could add homsar. Besides the obvious new look and a Homsar quote, did they change anything else?

Makes it easier to hear stuff anyway--I love Coach Z's line and now don't have to click the pully string thing a million times.

They probably changed it due to legal reasons, I remember being little, I had a toy like the old one.

I hadn't noticed the change until I read this thread, so I took a look. :homsar: quote is good, but it's a shame they couldn't get the old sound quality.
The really strange thing is that the spin 'n say has even been deleted from the wiki. Searching for "spin 'n say" just redirects to "who said what now?" There isn't even a page describing the old game and when it was removed, etc.

That's also due to legal reasons. If everyone simply acts like that game never existed, it's much safer for TBC legally (If I'm remembering correctly, TBC actually asked the wiki to remove it).
