Peasant’s Quest 2

Intro- After witnessing the burnination by the evil Trogdor to Rather Dashing. The Charming family decided that the peasant life was too much for them, so they moved to the medieval city of New Camelot. Mr. Charming as he was known by his new friends at the office was married and had a child named Slightly Charming. Slightly grew up hearing stories of Rather’s great attempt at slaying yon Trogdor. By this time Trogdor had succeeded in burninating all of England and part of Germany, he was a threat to the world. Slightly always dreamed of becoming a great dragon slayer someday but the only way this could be achieved is by getting help from his father. Slightly asked Mr. Charming if he could ever be a dragon slayer like Rather, but he replied “NO! It got him killed and I don’t want the same to happen to you!”

Story- You now must convince your father to let you try to slay Trogdor by becoming a master with swords and weaponry. Showing him you have enough luck to beat the beast, and expressing your 3 traits of a peasant after doing all of this you will finally be able to slay Trogdor.

Objectives-
1. Slay Mr. Slightly’s evil boss- The Wishgar.
2. Beat the odds at the thatched roof casino.
3. Slay Mr. Jhonka, the casino manager.
4. Travel to the barn and live with the pigs for 1 day.
5. Navigate the thatched roofed street market to find stylish peasant ware.
6. Steal the torch from the Medievolimpics.
7. Return to the cubicles and ask your dad to take you to Peasantry which is now a burninated wasteland.
8. Fight off Trogdor’s hoard of Kerrek.
9. Come to Trogdor’s cave and attack the end boss.
10. Get buninated like the peasant that you are.

i like it, except have Trogdor stalemate at the end, so they both die, so it could end the series

Nah, that'd be the end of Trogdor and Peasant's Quest isn't the only thing with Trogdor in it. That'd just kinda ruin Troggie's personality.

My idea would be, Your In a new type of contry side that was rebulit over the old one yet still looks exatlely the same exepct for a castele
and much more coattages. heres the best part it's like the game trogdor but in a pheant's perspective. you start out with a robe but don't want to chach on fire or you start walking to your coattage and set fire to it. the point of the game is to keep barbarins, wizards, and most of all :trogdor: :trogdor: :trogdor: Trogdor away for 100 days because of very very complex reason. You need to get suplies from the king such as toothbrush barbarian weekness, Pixie dust wizard weekness, kinght protrolls :trogdor: weekness so that's my story. Yay my 7th post

The "lady" with the baby has to be back. Or you could be her and rip people of for a living. I mean....even evil people have to put food on the table. Or chicken scratch on the bookshelf.

Alright u start off as rather dashing in peasantory (purgatory) and st. peasant will let u out if u do certain tasks

1.Get kerrek out of peasantary
2.Find archery twins grandfather and make him staret archery buisness in peasantry (because their is nothing 2 do)
3.get the lady with the baby one hell of a death by going down 2 earth invisible

Then you will be transported 2 peasantry 2 find it burniated and the rest of peasantry going 2 old york (not york, old york) Than u must band a group of warriors, become a true peasant, and (This is 1/4 of the game, its long) Go back to Peaseantry which is crawling with Trogdor children, Kerreks, and posesed naked ned. Get to mountain, which you rock climb the first half, hike the second half which is ALSO crawling with same enemies, and the three monk question guys turned it into gameshow, and you get: Trogdor machine gun, Trogdor Swat Sheild, and trogdor grenades. Rather dashing acciediently shoots himself, and the rest of the warriors gun dont work on trogdor, and they get BURNIATED!!!!!!!

What do ya think?

Peasant's Quest is the best game on the site, in my opinion. I don't see why they won't make a sequel to it. They made a sequel to Thy Dungeonman, after all.

Excellent Point! The ember of hope that burns within me has yet to be snuffed.

(I don my Trog Helmet and pray before my porcelain bust of Rather Dashing.)

How? He died at the end. I'm not trying to let down anyone's imagination, but it's probably not going to happend. They can have a different guy, but still...

Well if tbc didn't defy the laws of physics once in a while it would mean curtains for :homsar:
But he died at the end? I didn't get that far, stupid kerrek is who I'm afraid of.

Well gee, there's some information this thread could have used about three pages ago.

I say, if we're this deep in, why pull out?

As for another Peasant's Quest game, I think it may happen. If nothing else, I would just like another text adventure. Thy Dungeonman 3 was like manna from heaven.

But we would probably see an appearance by the baby (now grown up), and maybe there would be an action with the Rather Dashing statue.

But that's only if it did come out.

i like that idea

pq two would HAVE to be a strategy game, no doubt--not an action game...
i like the idea of RatherDashing coming backto life, but st. pete doesn't fit the genre. Better--
"Rather Dashing? You were slain!"
"Ah yes, RatherDashing, that was my name. In my former life, I vowed to slay the burninator--and I almost reach it. I mounted the beast's lair, fought him in epic battle, and smote my foe upon the hillside." You chuckle to yourself at the fantastic fib. "I was near death, but I have returned, with a new purpose."
The game must be Expanded to the same dimension as dman 2 to 3. New villages nearby--Peonage and Fiefdom. RatherDashing must once again face his foe, but with new resources at his disposal and the repentant king behind him. Not an RPG type, though. Just stick to a single guy, no HP or stats, and an inventory. The puzzle aspect is the crown jewel of PQ. Bad metaphor, but ah well. Such is life.

I was hoping for a Stinkoman 2.

That game's addicting, challenging, and fun, plus it's free.

If they were going to make PQ II, I think there should be just another peasant named Rather Dashing, just as there are multiple Links in the Zelda series.
