I think a secret code would be awesome. The idea: You beat the game, you get the code, you enter the code, you get a new ability. And you can use it with the "D" key. I have no clue what the ability should be like, but I'd like it.

That sounds cool, but it should only be used in boss battles, like the Fierce Deity mask in LoZ: MM.

Two more days and it will have been 4.... FOUR... months since the last Stinkoman level update. *tear*

I can't wait for the 10th level, I need me some Stinkoman in 2006! I would like very much to see some sort of crazy debug code added in the game after level 10 that allows you to like turn into different enemies and all kinds of other crazy crap like you could do in Sonic the Hedgehog 2. That would be a cool idea for AFTER they release level 10 for awhile. Too bad it seems like level 10 is like some sort of plateau of elightenment we may never reach.

I was playing on the game, refreshed the page and suddenly got a seemingly endless 'load it up' screen, which doesn't normally happen. Maybe it's updating? Is this what we have been waiting, like, months for? :eek:

How about they make it like Mega Man IV where you almost beat the "boss", only to find out that he's under someone else's control? So, you beat one fortress, only to wind up having to go through another.

That would rock, although in Mega Man IV, it really made me mad. I suppose I woulda known had I read the Nintendo Power walkthrough, but I found that I enjoyed the games more if I actually tried to beat them before relying on a walkthrough or strategy guide.

Whatever they do, it needs to be the last level. 10 levels is plenty. The Coach Z looking shadow figure needs to be the boss so that Stinkoman can save Pan Pan and 1 UP.

That would be awesome! But I don't think they're going further than 10 levels with this game. One way this could work is if the boss is in part 10.1 and the real mastermind behind it is fought in 10.2. It's a long shot, but I think it would be great.

I think it would be like a Bowser's keep type deal. And you get some uberweapon and you need to fight the boss with it. You probably get it in the middle of the boss battle, since he is probably invincible unless you hit him with it.

It would be cool if the level was extra long and on level 10.1 you were Stinkoman and you have to free 1-Up and then you're 1-Up on level 10.1.2 fighting a mini-boss like Trogador. Then Stinkoman gets captured by the shadowy figure and on level 10.2 you play as 1-Up. You rescue Pan-Pan and you get to play as him in level 10.2.2, another mini-boss, this time it's a hynotised Stinkoman. Then in level 10.3, you play as Pan-Pan who has to find the Shadowy Figure. Then the Shadowy Figures knocks out 1-Up and Pan-Pan, so you have to use Stinkoman to fight the Shdowy Figure in level 10.4.

Simple: Long fortress level (Perhaps more than just 2 stages) with all the enemies that appeared in previous levels, along with some midbosses perhaps and of course, the Shadowy Figure (Either non-shadowy or actually just a big silhouette for humor) as the end boss, most likely with more than one form. Also maybe throw in some 1-up playability for kicks (No pun intended).

Oh yeah. If they're really based off the classic Megaman games, they'll probably throw in the Capcom-obligatory Fight-All-the-Bosses-Again thing. 'Course, that could get frustrating, but that was their intention anyway.

Then In Mega Man 5, Proto Man turns out to be Darkman.

Then in Mega man 6, Mr. X turns out to be Dr. Wily(like we all couldn't tell that.)

I really like some of the suggestions so far, and it just has to contain Trogador as the Yellow Devilish type boss. Then some other guy...like maybe an Enker styled humanoid...then some inanimate object or something...then you fight all the bosses again..then you fight this shady guy.

I like Mega Man. :eekdance:

I don't think they'll have all the enemies from previous levels; that will just be too much.

hmmm. i beat Kirby's Adventure before and the final nightmare took on so many different forms! i had to defeat him about four times!

Since most final areas have two ridiculously hard bosses, AND they brought in Trogador, I'm guessing that there will be two bosses--Trogador (perhaps the keeper of the hamster wheel? Like...20X6 Coach Z's pet?) and then the Coach himself.

I WOULD wager there'd be some sort of escape thing...but I won't get into the ideas of that. Ehh.

Some more on my level 10 and 11 ideas:

Level 10.1, as I said before, you'd play as Pan Pan. You would be rolling nonstop (Yah, one of those levels.) with robots coming at you. You would defeat the robots by jumping upon them. The miniboss (This levels would have a miniboss) would be the Goblin 20X6. Due to Pan Pan's nonstop rolling, you would have to ram Pan Pan into buttons to trigger traps while avoiding the Goblin's attacks. (Like Quake.)
Level 10.2, you'd be 1-Up. You would jump out the window and run down the walls of the castle with wall-scaling robots shooting at you. The boss would be a 20X6 Homsar (A clone of 1-Up made by Lord V when he saw 1-Up's power, but was lumped together with garbage at the last minute)

In level 11, you would be Stinkoman the whole time, it would be normal and you'd be in Lord V's castle fighting the same robots from level 10.1. The catch would be: Hidden in the levels would be Serpent Orbs (Dragon Ball parody) and once you had them all, you would morph into Hyper Stinkoman, who would have even bigger hair and lighting around him, and could shoot a laser the length of the screen instead of the fireball. The boss would be Lord V, and after defeating him, HS would kick off his head--and he'd be a robot. Now you must find the true Lord V in the sequel!
