I very much doubt that anything special happens at any particular number. The Chaps wouldn't do something like that to us.

After examination of the file, I have found that there is no "magic number" of times to punish The Cheat in order to unlock an easter egg. However, The Brothers do have a short clip of The Cheat flying in the flash file, but from what I have seen, they have not enabled it to be accessed in any way from just playing the game normally.

There are so many ways. Flash bars, Flash Decompiler, Imperator FLA, etc. But the "animation" isn't anything special.

Well I actually got my fill of Strong Bad being punished after watching being lowered into the poopsmith's pile a whatsit. I too feel bad for the cheat after kicking him and hearing that heart-wrenching scream.
