I got the the hag, and no matter what I answer for the last question, she screams at me and kills me...seems like a bug....

Yay for being in Europe and being able to play at work :poop:

I found this like an hour and a half ago. Was surprised no one had found it yet. It's no Stinkoman level 10, but hey.

Stuck, though. I have 22 points and can't figure out what to do.

**SPOILERS**

The only things I haven't solved are the hag (she won't talk to me), the sandwich shoppe guy (he won't give anything to me), and the flask (I can't get ye).

**END SPOILERS**

Guess I'll have to wait for a page on the Wiki to come up for help. I'd write it on my own since I found this thing so early, but I'm hardly qualified.

Hey, looks like you joined the forum for the same reason I did! High five!

**SPOILERS, just because**

How'd you get the hag to talk to you? I can't even get that far.

And the game definitely has a few bugs. Going north into the monastery after you've already done that part seems to lock the game up if you continue, and typing "go shoppe" at the sandwich shoppe screen sends you east for no reason.

**END SPOILERS**

It doesn't seem as versitile as the other ones. I tried to talk to the signpost, but they didn't have anything funny to say. In the other ones they would have. Also, for some reason at the signpost "Go Dennis" takes you south.

"Go" in general seems COMPLETELY bugged. It never does what I expect it to. I don't think that was intentional, either.

And yeah, I agree that there aren't as many funny things. There still are a few funny commands, but I was disappointed by the lack of responses to "dance", "get dagger", and "die", and I couldn't find any others like that that work anywhere (though they might exist and I'm just not smart enough).

The answers for the hag questions are different every time it seems, but if she has 4 children there is no way to answer correctly!

There was something about reading the manual...

EDIT: Don't worry, it's in the scrapbook...

Oh great, I'm having the same problem with the hag. There's four kids in the scrapbook, and yet answering 4 gets me killed.

Looks like you are going to have to restart the game, that is what I ended up doing....

Heh, that's awesome! I love this game. I've already beaten it with a perfect score though... well, let's see if its timeless!

That was fun. It may not have as much interesting extra stuff as the others, but it was quite refreshing and such. It didn't take a long time to beat it too. But as I said, it's great.

I especially liked the look of the one-eyed Kigalonian.

Oh man XD I totally suck at these kinds of games (I got killed by the fat monk when I stupidly tried to go back into the monastery), but I'm definitely still amused by this. THY GRAPHICS!!!

Got it beat. Much much easier than Thy Dungeonman 1 and 2.

But excellent graphics work. Very enjoyable.

Oh yeah. I beat it without using a walkthrough. It was pretty fun, definatly worth the wait.

With they're dad passing away just before Easter, we should feel lucky to get anything at all this early. I thought the game was fun. Short (though I'll admit I cheated a couple of times with the guide) but still alot of good laughs to be had.

Twas fun. Beat it without a workthrough, first using the shortcut and then doing it the long, perfect score way.

As for versatility, there are still quite a few random funny things to do and say. They just aren't the same as they were in the old games, you uncreative worms you. :P Try saying "i love you", or look at any of the other crap on teh wiki.

Easier than #2, but I find that a good thing, as I didn't like having to give up and use a walkthough on the second one.

My only complaint is that the backgrounds take too long to load up on anything but the fastest of compies.

Wow, quite a game. I loved the Myst reference (still one of the most awesome PC games ever IMHO). I guess this is why we haven't seen a SBemail in three weeks. However, this makes up for it. Great graphics!

I'm suprised I was the only one so far too notice this apparantly. Did anyone else try listening to the music in town? But I can't believe we HAVE YE FLASK!

...Now the question is...What was the flask for? XD

I beat it in half an hour using some of the walkthrough. I liked the graphics, but it was way too slow for meh. I give it a super thumbs up. And 1/2.

Um, it's technically impossible for ANYTHING to be easier than TD1. I mean, take trinket, give it to dennis. That's it. I'm still figuring out some things...

Quick question: The scrapbook shows four kids, but the hag screams imposter when I answer four. She also does this when I answer 3,2, or 1 for good measure. I'm answering her other questions correctly. What's going on here?
