Hold up, I'm making a poll to see who actually cares about your fallacies. After we see the results, we can talk.

Right, but what's the POINT of pointing out all these fallacies when nobody cares? Is it just to amuse yourself, or to pretend you have some sort of worth in your life? The mind boggles.

This implies that what is an error can be objectively defined.

If no one considers it an error but you, can it really be named as such?

So you rule these purely human-created "fallacies" as an infallible and unquestionable source, despite their lack of verification?

In the words of Richard Dawkins, (to whom will be referred as DICK Dawkins for the remainder of this post), "You are an enemy of reason."

Oh, but it DOES seem that you follow this list of fallacies without question nor reason.

Sure, they were discovered by humans, but are there any experiments that can be conducted to improve their worth, veracity, or authenticity? They are merely theoretical concepts, ideas that can be maladjusted to disprove another's words when all other hope of victory is lost.

You say they are "evident errors of logic", but is there any actual evidence that points in the direction that they are that does not already fit in within their dogma? I challenge you to find any discreet, objective evidence that they are indeed as truthful as you so vehemently orate. It seems that their proof relies upon one already assuming their existence in the first place, an accusation one might place against any other variation of blind faith.

Seriously, I do hate them, and not just because the Internet argument above me reminded me that.

Seriously, can't we all just get along and other hippie crap like that?

HHFOV, I do admire where you are getting at; however, your arguments also applies to logic itself. Logic itself really has no empirical evidence. It has a lot of literature, but its existence is not tangible. Logic also does rely on assumptions for an argument to begin. It has to start somewhere.

Also, apologies for saying "evident errors of logic" - I should read my arguments more often.
It does have to start somewhere -- precisely where is the question, and one that you seem to answer with the list of fallacies. But is there any specific reason, besides its convenience, that it should be so?

Yeah, me too. But it's probably because I'm allergic to it.

Actually, that's why I hate it too ;) I suppose it's a bonus for me that I think it smells horrible.

Take that, rammy!

Nah, I hate it too. But everyone at my school likes it, so I was coerced into doing that lame dance with everyone else at the dance.

Those craptastic MTV shows.

My friends and I watch primetime, which - even during a writers' strike - is better than MTV.

Are you telling me that the epic pirate battle in the middle of a fudging whirlpool and a crazy storm wasn't cool?

The first one was the only tolerable one.

And for me, it's the fake mexican food. The real, fresh, Mexican food is amazing (we have a lot of it in San Diego), but still people around me insist that Taco Bell is better. wtf?

I haven't had any real Mexican food, the closest I've come is Taco Del Mar. Oh, and Taco Bell sucks.

If you ever come to San Diego, I'll buy you dinner at all my favorite places.
You will be amazed.

True, I can think of several more pleasant ways to achieve diarrhea than through cold, undercooked food.

By the way, a Chalupa is a boat.
