Man, oh man. This week is gonna be interesting. Okay, weekend.

Today, I did some garden work for my mom, but not before going to the Salvation Army. I didn't find anything I really wanted to buy. I wanted some Nintendo games, but I couldn't find any cartridges. So, I'm hoping that this old game store I went into once is still around. Ironically, though, the SA did have SMS and Genesis games in the video rack.

Anyway, garden work. First, I had to give the buses a trim. Wasn't really that interesting. Then, I had to throw away tomato plants my mom cut off. However, we have hornets, so every once in a while I had to spray the garden garbage bin with water to deter them. I kind of liked the work, and went back outside later to help my mom with installing something to control the roots of some plant.

I also saw the Quaker parrots eating pears from our tree. Now, when they do it, it's cute. When squirrels do it, it's not.

Sometime in between, I got the last ending for Starfox Command, with around 840 kills. :)

While mom was making the metal thingy for the plant, I spotted my bike. I grew a bit, but the seat was too tall for me. So, after I did chores, I got my dad to come out and adjust the seat comfortably. Then we went out riding a bit, with him teaching me some of the fundamentals of street riding.

After that, pizza. Nuff said.

After that, II beat Clayfighter 63 1/3 with T. Hoppy in Dude and Psycho mode. Somehow, I got defeated in one of the fights with a 700+ Insane combo. Almost killed him, too. Picture will happen.

Tomorrow, I'm going to the Bears-Chiefs game. Should be good.

:)

I'm guessing they're wanting you to use Ohm's law ( 1/R = 1/r1 + 1/r2 +...)

I thought Ohm's Law was "R = V/I". Though, I haven't used it much, I could be wrong about that.

You're right.
What the heck is that thing I posted called?
Confusion, pain, and a bit of mint.

I'm feeling calm at the moment. We have another flag football game tomorrow. Hopefully we won't do as bas as he did Wednesday.

Okay, the resident Electrical Engineer says this:

Sree! I'm impressed. What you have isn't Ohm's Law, but actually the correct equation for the Equivalent Resistance of a circuit of resistors in parallel. Grood job!

Jujube! You were right, even grooder job! (Although the more common writing is V = IR ;) )

Doesn't it have a name?

Don't be too impressed. I took some electricity and magnetism classes in college.

For the life of me, I can't remember what that's called.
I'm pretty sure it's named after someone. It is, isn't it?

Is it? I'm looking through my textbook and all-knowing 'Kipedia, but I'm coming up short. Sorry Sree, but it looks like this one's nameless. Wait... that means it's still up for grabs! Call it! Call it!

And seriously, that's actually a pretty good random formula to remember.

And seriously, how could the editors have missed one of the only two vital pieces of information of the word problem that's brought about this converastion in the first place? For reals, here there be slackers and goof-offs, apparantly.

You'd be surprised at the errors that get through.
The idea is: If they get it all right the first time, they can't sell a second edition, or a third.

You should see the booklet (yes, booklet, like a 10 page thing) of error correction that the bookstore gave with my atmospheric radiation book.

They had whole formulas wrong in that thing.

Also, I'm about 5 feet off the ground right now. Western Kentucky won the Battle of the Bluegrass over Eastern Kentucky and Kentucky won the Governor's Cup game over Louisville.

WHOOOO! doesn't quite say enough.

Tried.

My current mood is in stark contrast to what it was with about 40 seconds to go.
UK was driving down the field to set up a game winning field goal.
Kentucky had just made a big gain. The game was pretty much theirs to lose. Then a UK player made a REALLY dumb unsportsmanlike conduct penalty.
Anything that was throwable on my coffee table didn't stay there.

Then there was the long bomb touchdown pass on the next play.
That made me feel better.

Watch the game tomorrow morning on ESPN classic.
I'm sure it'll be their game of the week.

Perhaps it's all that work my locking finger's been getting. 2 threads in one day is just too much.

They'd better be.
Otherwise, I'd probably do absolutely nothing about it.

You're acting like I'm some sort of dictator that shoots everyone that disagrees with me.

It's not like that at all.

I usually bash them in the kneecaps first. It's more funner.

No, not 'The Empty Child'. That episode was suspenseful, but not worth the jibblies.
I'm talking about the nightmare-giving frightfulness of the episode 'Weeping Angels'.
