I added ratings! Now if you go into the archive you can click the + or - to increase or decrease the comment's rating. You can also look at a comment's stats by going into the archive and clicking on the comment. As an added bonus I threw in the ability to sign your comment as someone (preferably yourself).

I would submit rebuttal, but that would no doubt amount to nothing more than a dozen banners mocking everything I say. I must also keep in mind I've already toast-painted and an admin has said to get back to Avatars and Banners. It ends here.
