Bees. And wasps.

Also, a mild fear of heights. But I'll still willingly go on this thing.

I'll only do a roller coaster if it's NOT high. Twists? Totally fine.

It's odd; I'll get nauseated in the back of a car doing 35 miles an hour, but not rushing through a 122-degree overbanked curve in a hellbent car with no sides after being propelled down 300 feet at an 80-degree angle to 93 miles an hour.

Post subject:  Where to begin...

Let's see here...

1. Needles
2. Decaying things...gives me the jibblies just thinking about it...
3. Rotten.com...usually I'm not all that squeamish but good grief, that place ought to be banned from the internet!
4. Dizziness-inducing things. I'm scared of getting dizzy.
5. Things that descend too quickly like those slides at the carnival that you sit on a potato sack and go shooting down...the feeling you get is more terror than fun adrenaline for me...

Heights, mainly. That's it.

I'm not really scared of this, but: whenever somebody mentions blood, that just makes me feel like screaming, and whenever somebody takes my blood, that makes me want to go running around screaming....it's really weird. I was thinking of taking a course on biotechnology before I graduate from highschool at a vocational school, but one of the things that's putting me off is that we have to learn how to take people's blood... :-S

If there's one thing I hate it's the dark. I don't know why, but whenever I'm the last one up and all the lights are turned off...I get spooked really easily. It's the worst feeling in the world.

I'd rather take heights. At least you get a nice view

I'm afraid of three and only three things in life:

Heights
Cursing/ saying something "wrong" without know it is
(Doesn't happen anymore, whew..)
And gross injuries to eyes.
Thats it.

I'm a pretty jumpy person... My list (which is still growing) includes but is not limited to:

-Death (which is in turn the drive for a number of my other phobias)
-Bees, wasps, centipedes, spiders, lampreys, leeches, et cetera
-Housefires, floods, and other disasters with the potential to destroy irreplaceable things (like the stories and artwork I've spent so many years creating)
-The loss of function in my hands, sight, or hearing (A gamer and artist's worst nightmares)
-Needles to some extent (I can sew, but I get jittery come vaccination time)
-Nuclear, biological, and chemical warfare (though I can play MGS without having a nervous breakdown... maybe because my role in the game is to prevent these things from happening)
-Being... violated... if you know what I mean.
-Reinstatement of the draft, especially if they start drafting women

The list goes on...

I'm scared of needles. Because every needle I get seems to result in me nearly passing out afterwards.
And death. I get extremely depressed when I think about it. And, well, scared.

Heights. Including on roller coasters. I don't know. When I recently got on a few coasters, I get really nervous due to the height and craziness. Yet, in October '05, I was at least willing to ride them.

I'm afraid of wasps. Honeybees and Bumblebees I can tollerate but it's the yellow jackets and wasps that scare me (especially if they're black). But what I'm really afraid of is throwing up. I know, it sounds weird but I was really sick when I was five years old and couldn't stop throwing up. So that means no overeating, no going on nausea-indueced rides (especially when I just had a meal), no eating contests, no ipecac, no bohemia, and no food poisoning.

I fear heights. not as bad as I used to, nowadays it's only a feeling of uncertainty. i'm not sure, but I think it may have been when I was a baby, I fell off of something and landed on my head. no other bad results, though.

Whenever someone says that they are afraid of bees, I always think of that scene from Tommy Boy.

I feel for you. I'm much worse, I can't stand to see people do anything to their eyes and I can't do any of those things.

I'm sure you would be delighted to know that, since I have contacts, I purposely poke my eye twice daily.
