Listen to "Slaves and Bulldozers." Better yet, listen to Badmotorfinger all the way through. Then you'll understand. Also, I don't count Peal Jam and the Foo Fighters as grunge. I still like all those bands, though. EDIT: TOTPD

(I'm Canadian though, so I guess it was that little voice of nationality in the back of my head telling me to extend some sympathy towards them.) Guess I should update some of my Facebook info... But hey now, Nickelback can't degrade my whole list, that's not fair. Oh and thanks for the props, damik! According to Facebook I have the 8th best taste in music out of my friends, ha ha. |

Heh, you can't work that one on me, LJ; I like Nickelback too! Silver Side Up-era, anyway. To be fair I don't know the rest of their stuff.I don't see why people particularly dislike Nickelback though. I mean, there's a lot of bands I like that I will freely admit are actually really bad, Junior Senior being a prime example (shut up! D-D-Don't Stop the Beat is a great album!), but I wouldn't have put Nickelback in that category. Apart from their lyrics, of course. Those are pretty embarrassing in places... |

Okay let's see what I got on my iPod. I'm gonna be upfront here and say that I have TTFaF on it. I accept all shunnings. Artists marked with a * have a favorite song. I'm also gonna leave out Coolio because that's on their mainly as a joke. And, copying Homer... Dio* Aerosmith Deep Purple Guns N' Roses Black Sabbath Judas Priest Metallica ZZ Top Queen* DAVID BOWIE* Blue Oyster Cult* Ozzy Osbourn Cheap Trick Journey Nirvana Spinal Tap Kiss The Police Kansas Foo Fighters Warrant Lynyrd Skynyrd Foghat Poison Alice Cooper Heart The Killers The Rolling Stones* Pearl Jam The Scorpions Eric Johnson Quiet Riot* Flock of Seagulls AC/DC* The Who Krokus Oingo Boingo Ratt Autograph Accept Motley Crue Weezer Billy Joel Stuff I've been too lazy to get is BNL and Beatles and Pink Floyd related musics but I'll do it one of these days. Most of the songs on it are their hits/ones used in the vidya games because it's can only fit some 250 songs on it and I don't have enough room for all the amazingness from these artists. For an internet kid I have weird taste in music. |
