Hiya, I'm new here. I've been following H*R for six years now, starting when "cheat talk" was the newest Sbemail and A Jumping Jack Contest... um... still existed. I'm 18-years-old, a male, and I like playing video games, playing music (piano, percussion, guitar), and general lallygagging. I also have an unhealthy obsession with Pokémon. My favorite things on the site include the Cheat Commandos, the early Teen Girl Squad, and too many of the Sbemails to mention. Pom Pom and The Cheat be my favorite characters and always have been. I have both of their shirts, as well as the Limozeen tour shirt (from the FIRST time it was around.) I should also mention that I actually slightly enjoy Limozeen as legitimate music. Hello! I'm TheGlitchmaster! I might be new here, but I'm not to forums! I've been a fan of Homestar Runner since I was around 10. Now 4 years later, I'm still loving the Toons. My favorite character is Homsar, my Favorite Toon is Strong Bad in Jail, and my favorite SBemail is for kids. My two weaknesses/pet peeves are #1. You probably not knowing why I'm named what I am. #2. That I use the Wii Opera Browser because my Step-Dad's a jerk and won't let me use my Lappy! |

Admins and mods have the ability to look up users' IP addresses, meaning that they can link people with the same IP together. Of course, the tables can turn slightly when you're using a proxy, but most people don't take the time to do that.

Ace, I was actually wondering about that. When are the HR emoticons appropriate? Just as weird little codas to each post? Like, to me, Eh Steve represents weirdness and sketchy behavior even moreso than Cardgage, so are weird posts the only time I should use him? I REQUIRE INSTRUCTIONS DUE TO MY INABILITY TO RELY UPON SELF-SUFFICIENCY. also, new dude, welcome, you seem cool. post lots and become loved.

I think that point (what's the point of them?) has been brought up before, and I'll admit I don't really get what the point is myself. Other than say, Strong Mad, Strong Sad, Grinning Cheat, and possibly Marzipan, none of them really convey a strong emotion. I think the admins' answer was "We're a Homestar forum so we should have Homestar emotes" but I dunno. Ask Ramrod. I usually just add Eh Steve to a post that makes no sense. |

They know more, and have seen more, then you ever will from just lurking. I've been regular posting for only 2 months now, and I've seen it come up on more then one occasion.
