I think in one episode it was mentioned that he was thirty-something. But continuity in The Simpsons is nearly nonexistant, so it was probably a one-time joke.

In declaring it an abomination, I'm not acting as anyone's judge. Only as a messenger. God has already spoken on the subject, and He says He considers homosexuality an abomination. Who are we to disagree with Him?

I do. When the so-called "interpretation" is a mere attempt to bypass what the text actually says. "Interpretation" doesn't give you the right to ignore what it says, nor does it give you the right to make it mean what you want it to mean. You let the text shape you, not the other way around.
