I feel like you picked a bunch of bands that I like and chose mediocre albums by them. Beck, RHCP, Blur, and The Strokes all have better records. |

Beyond the Grave wrote: RammsteinRunner wrote: Rosenrot- Rammstein I rank that as the worst of the bunch. It's still good. Yes, there's quite a bit of improvement room, but seriously, it didn't get better than Zerstoeren, Hilf Mir, and Wo Bist Du. At least, not in that era. |

You've listed all but the best Muse album, and missed both of the best Placebo albums. Disapproval. |

Some albums I've gotten into a lot since last post: 1990: Pills, Thrills n' Bellyaches by Happy Mondays is incredibly dance-able. 1999: Clarity by Jimmy Eat World is the best post-emo album ever. The musicianship and songwriting are both admirable. And I know a lot of people dislike Goodbye Sky Harbor, but I think it's the best on the album. 1987(?): If I Should Fall From Grace With God by The Pogues is my favorite folk-rock album. It's creative, has variety, and pretty much created the genre of Celtic punk. |

Notable omission: Neutral Milk Hotel - "In the Aeroplane Over the Sea." There were only 10 available slots.
