Geez, I dunno. I start to hate every single movie when I see it too many times. But high up there on the list is Black Sheep, Live Free or Die Hard, and Spider-Man 2. Pretty mediocre taste. |

I thought Over the Hedge was supposed to be good. Also, I dunno. Princess Bride and Ferris Bueller are pretty high on the list. |

Bruce Willis is most certainly not overrated. You just don't get it. *sips on wine* I thought it was an okay movie with a strong moral: steal food and trick people and everything will turn out okay. |

Oh man... this is hard. But I'm take a stab at it. So in no particular order... Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny The Fifth Element Hot Rod Grindhouse (Planet Terror/Death Proof) The Warriors Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy The Matrix/The Matrix Reloaded/The Matrix Revolutions Ace Ventura: Pet Detective/Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls Sin City Kickin' It Old Skool (mostly cause I'm in it...) These movies make the cut because I continue to find enjoyment in them, even after I've watched them again and again on DVD. Whew... that was painful. I had to cut a lot of my classic favorites. If this thread was asking for my favorite movies in general I would've included Pulp Fiction, Snakes On a Plane, This is Spinal Tap, Zoolander, Wedding Crashers, Taxi Driver, 300, Hot Fuzz, Across the Universe, Fight Club, Airplane, Big Trouble In Little China, Juno, Night at the Roxbury, Office Space, The Simpsons Movie, Shaun of the Dead, and The Naked Gun series, amongst many, many others. |

Favorite movies ever: (In no particular order). It's longer than ten but I can't settle for ten. iand93 wrote: Fight Club, Superbad, Wayne's World, Forrest Gump, This is Spinal Tap sci-fi greg wrote: Hot Fuzz, Spirited Away Rusty wrote: Princess Bride and Ferris Bueller Beaums wrote: The Matrix, Airplane, Juno, Office Space, Shaun of the Dead In addition to a lot of cartoons: Grave of the Fireflies, Monsters Inc., Finding Nemo, and The Lion King to name a few. There's the original Star Wars trilogy. I'm amazed Clerks hasn't been mentioned yet. (EDIT: Thanks, anti-moron thingy. Deuce said it.) And lastly, but not least: Napoleon Dynamite. I'm going to get pummeled for this, right? Another EDIT: I could have sworn I typed up Spaceballs and Goonies in here somewhere. Those too. |

In no particular order: The Star Wars movies (they all count as one) Sunshine Reservoir Dogs Pulp Fiction Blade Runner Metropolis (the anime, not the old one) Shaun of the Dead Animal House The Big Lebowski No Country for Old Men There're probably more, but I don't really feel like going through my movie collection right now. Those ones I liked enough to remember, so they're good enough for me. |
