A Mazda RX-8. Or a Ford GT. Or an Audi R8. Or a DeLorean DMC-12. Any one of those would be great.

I want a drawing tablet, and now that I have a job I can suddenly afford one.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm hearing Wacom is the brand to buy, is something in the neighborhood of 6x8 a good size?

I have a Bamboo, and it works pretty well, so I'd recommend that.

Me...four? Yeah, Bamboo works pretty well.

Unfortunately, I can't get it to work with the GIMP. I mean, the tablet works, but whenever I try to draw with it, it defaults to the paintbrush tool...

It's not a big deal though, since it comes with Corel Painter, which is almost as good.

I'd like more money, so that I can buy my Blackberry Bold the second it comes out.
I'd also like my iPod back. It was cheaper to get it serviced than to do it myself, so I went that route, and I regret it now. It has almost been three weeks.
I'd also wish my cell phone would start working again. It stopped working for no reason on Friday. My dad and I are probably taking it to the AT&T store today, and they can deal with it.

I have compiled a list of things that I'd like to buy, but cannot afford to buy ALL of, so I must pick and choose the ones I "need" most versus the ones that can wait a semester or two or past christmas. We're looking at:

26ish" Flatscreen TV (with dvd player thrown in, maybe)
Sofa, probably a twoseater
Wireless router
360 and/or Wii if I can swing them for free, plus games (don't worry, I have a plan)
Drawing Tablet + Flash
DS Lite + one or two games

So now it's time to shop for prices and brands, see what's cooking.

Some kind of recording software that's better than Audacity.

One of those things that you can hook up to your DS and it gives it Wi-fi. What are those called? Anybody know If I could just buy one at like Best Buy or something?

http://www.amazon.com/Watching-Watchmen ... 943&sr=8-1

It's a book from the artist of Watchmen that has old character designs and pretty much old everything. Like video game concept art.

Audacity is fine for whatever it is you're doing, iand, all you need is an interface, and assuming you're just going to plug in guitar and a 1/4" jack mic, all you need is this.

This may actually come with Live Lite 8 or something similar...

So you just plug your guitar into that thing and then plug the thing into your computer? Or is there a mic involved?

Also, I'm actually using my Rock Band mic to record which is a USB mic.

Okay, if you wanna record with an XLR mic and Guitar in audactiy, you should get This version instead. Along with one of These.

Hey, just curious, but does anyone know anything about buying TV's? I'm just trying to get whatever opinions I can.

I'd sell you the TV I have in my room, but
A-I don't know how to sell stuff on eBay (or anywhere on the internet for that matter),
B-It has an incredibly small screen, and
C-The built-in VCR is dying.

Flatscreen, somewhere in the range of 26ish" +- a few inches, feeling a slight lean towards LCD but could possibly be persuaded otherwise.

I'm still on my quest to collect every major Nintendo console. All I have remaining is the NES, the Virtual Boy, the Gameboy Advance SP, the Gameboy Micro, and the DS Lite (which my brother has, so it's no big deal). I'll probably wait on the recent Gameboy models, so I'll probably buy either an NES or a Virtual Boy next.

I remember oncce when my brother threw out a Virtual Boy game. I was sad.
