My thoughts:

The animation was pretty good for a flash cartoon, but the random flashy backgrounds are a bit annoying.

Though the whole "zany team of superheroes" plot is kind of cliche, I think you pulled it off pretty well. I like your writing.

Voice-acting was pretty well-done, I don't have much to say about that.

Your site layout could use some work. I can see where you're going with the whole comic-book-style layout, but if you end up adding more episodes the main page is going to be really crowded.

Overall though, I liked it. (I'm guessing you're Cai, then?)
