I can do Banners/Avatars to an extent. Not as good/random/awesome as Kari's though.

If you only need something to be resized, just use this site. I know a site was posted a few pages ago to make avatars, but this will let you resize stuff for sigs as well.

Here's what I suggest:

If someone provides you a banner or avatar, save a copy to your own computer. That way, if something happens to their link, you still have a backup.

My stuff I post on Imageshack, but stuff I do for other people, I post on Tinypic. I personally don't care if people use the Tinypic links I provide. But in a case like this, where for some reason Kari's links aren't working, I bet they wish they had a backup.
