Wouldn't the person you wrote the lyrics and sang the song have to get some of the royalties? You can't just use someone's lyrics or voice without the creator of them getting something credit and royalty wise. Getting a copy of the CD doesn't really count as much of a prize. Though I must admit I'm not sure how the whole royalties system works, so I may be wrong. I always find it hilarious the ridiculous stuff people ask for on forums. In the style of Strong Bad's quote...

"We're not here to fulfill your every freakin whim here. Write lyrics for a song for me. Help me create a video game. Put on a purple thing and dance around"

If you want to get someone to write lyrics and sing for you, you may want to ask at more appropriate places. Go to music clubs or put an ad in the paper or something. Chances are you won't get many people to help you, let alone get anything of much quality. (unless you just happen to stumble upon a singer or lyric writer, which is a long shot.)

I think that one would be required to give royalties. If not royalties, they at least have to have some mention of their contribution somewhere. If you don't mention it, it would make it look like you wrote the lyrics, and therefore would get credit for it. I'm pretty sure this would be breaking at least one law of some sorts.
