Off-site link it in the user control panel (off-site avatars can be up to 20 KB in size). It's already uploaded on Imageshack, so it shouldn't be difficult at all.

Well, there are a couple problems with that.
1. That Mario image is too small to be made into an up-to-500-pixel wide banner with reasonable quality.
2. Some of the images in the rotator would be stretched. Unless you have no problem with that, but whatever.
3. Noid-style av/sig combos aren't cool, unless your name is Noid.

Can someone (Potates) rotate this so it's right-side up, reduce it to 100 by 100, and add it to my rotator? Also, flip it so he faces the right instead of the left.

Also, Potates, you can remove the other picture of L from the rotator, this one's better.
