So I was thinking recently that our forum was severely lacking in the most noble form of art, the Let's Play thread. In Let's Play threads, someone interweaves pictures or videos with witty commentary. Well, seeing as we do have a Homestar Runner forum, I thought that Stinkoman 20X6, a game I have never finished, would be a star candidate for this. So I give you some videos in which I give some deep insights and say "y'know" a lot while constantly dying. Sound fun? 1st: Yep, boring. 2nd: Started off weak, got better as it progressed. I actually laughed at the "killed his son" thing. It seems it's best when you talk about the game to start off with (which makes more sense, too, since it's a video of the game) and use that to jump off to other topics before going back to some comment about the game again, then jump from that, etc. etc. It would take more planning and thought, but they'd be a lot more entertaining. Overall, a fine start. |

These videos are pretty cool, but your voice is so... generic internet guy. I don't know how to say it, but people who make videos on the internet always have the same kind of voice. I find it a little annoying, I don't know why, though. |
