My dad and I had just helped me order the EE 2 DVD and put my email address in the email address section. We got the "thanks for your purchase" clip (in this case, Homestar singing the "thank you" message with Marzipan coming in with her guitar to play it, only to arrive too late).

Now I want to track my purchase order, but was told that I would get an email about it, which has yet to happen (or maybe it has and I have accidentally deleted the message). What's going on? How do I track an order? It asks for the order number and last name ordered by. I have no idea what the order number is, though. Can you help me, please?

I'm not sure what order tracking is, but you should have got an order number after you placed the order but before you got the thank you message. It does tell you to print the page out for your records.

Well, I finally got two emails regarding the purchase made. And it features the order number: 392238. So I went to the FAQs section of the H*R store and from there to the spot to track my purchase. Once there, I put in the order number in the order number section and below that my last name. And then I clicked go and after a few seconds, I got... nothing. Or more specifically, an obnoxious "access denied/page does not exist" message.

What am I doing wrong?

I have the exact same problem. For the time being I'm just assuming that it takes a couple of days to process it.

Well, that doesn't really matter anymore, because my order came on Thursday. It was ordered on Sunday and they say it usually takes five to seven business days for it to get somewhere, depending on how far away the final destination is from Georgia.

For whatever reason, order tracking numbers never seem to properly work for me regardless of the website I made the purchase from. I just choose to ignore them and rely on the order's estimated shipping date instead.
