Well, from the way you were talking you seemed to be acting like being a fanboy was a bad thing. Although, it's hard to tell when you don't use halfway decent grammar and spelling.

Note on your keyboard that key that says "Shift". It might even have a pretty little arrow on it. When you want to make big-boy letters at the beginning of your sentences, you press that key.

Anywho, I'm not a Nintendo fanboy, but I still don't care for Halo. The weapons are too simplistic.

While Halo is an amazing series, and it is probably the best that the Xbox has, it is over-rated. By "over-rated" I mean that no game can stand up to the amount of fan-boyism put up to it.

All in all, Halo's awesome, but slightly over-rated.

But yeah. i'm so looking foward to Halo 3.

I recently got a 360, now I just need to find a way to get a copy of Halo 3 without a pre-order. I didn't bother getting one when I found out about the concrete release date in late August, yeah, I was a bit late on that.

Halo is the most overrated game series since Final Fantasy. Don't get me wrong, it's a solid FPS with killer multiplayer, but it's not even close to being the "GR8TST GAM OF ALL TIM!!1". Story mode is not that great. This game is not the second coming of Jesus. People need to get over themselves.

Because the whole thing about the shift key has nothing to do with Halo. Simple as that.

Now, is anyone going to be camping for Halo 3? Or are you just going to wait and pray that your local gamestore has it in stock?

Also, I really wish I knew that I was getting a 360 earlier than I did. I'm gonna have to wait for about half a year to get Halo 3 now.

I don't hate it because it's CUNFORMIST, I think it's over-rated because it's a decent, solid game that's been blown completely out of proportion.

Although I do believe the game to be great, I've never liked the campaign aspect at all. Still, I do play it, just to know what's going on. I am going to go through the campaign on Legendary with my cousin, and then we are going to unleash ourselves to the true gem--matchmaking.
Yes, the game is a great game. Yes, the game is completely over-rated, and extremely over-hyped. But since it's a sequel of a title that cemented the original Xbox as a true console effort from Microsoft, of course it's going have some sort of legacy to it.
But hey, you gotta admit, some of the T.V. ads this past week have been stunning. Sure, they're a little different that normal, but that extra cathartic element in it really makes me feel emotions for the Chief, and that's something I've never felt before, at least not in a video game sense.

Yeah, I'm dying for the moment I sweep this game off the shelves.

I think it's really odd that they're releasing it at the end of September. Like...this is supposed to be the Xbox's biggest name and biggest game, right? Wouldn't they want to wait until the Christmas season, or at least November to try and push their biggest thing and compete with Nintendo and Sony?

I wasn't really sure of that either. In all honesty though, Bungie knew that it was going to sell well, regardless of what time of the year it was released. And after the release date fiasco with Halo 2, I'm sure they just wanted to provide the people with a solid date.

But what do I know. I'm probably completely wrong.
