You still have to put in effort, it's not like there's a code that just does everything for you. Just instead of training on Ghastly for hours and only getting one point of Sp.Atk each time you defeat one of them, you can make some other thing appear and get 3. It's not going against the spirit of the game like other cheats (completed Pokedex codes, Shiny codes...), it's just speeding up boring things that add nothing to the gameplay.

Either way, these things are going to get EV trained, I'd just rather do it the easy way.

Well, I've had Pearl for a week now. I've beaten the pokemon league already,but nothing more. Current team:

Lv. 51 Luxray
Lv. 50 Staraptor
Lv. 49 Gastrodon
Lv. 48 Medicham
Lv. 48 Steelix
Lv. 50 Palkia

Yeah, I don't use my starter. I started with Piplup, and now it's collecting dust in my PC Box. I gave up on it when I caught Shellos.

Also, I don't do EVs at all, and I don't approve of Action Replay. If you suck so bad at a game that you have to go out and buy a cheat device, you shouldn't evenbe playing it.

The EVs are useless. I care what level my pokemon is at, and I care about its moves and types. That's it. If you already have a 4x type advantage, you don't need to go out and waste your time with EVs.

Not everyone uses it.
Such as when I used it. I beat the game without it, but my idiot bro deleted my game. So I used it to get all my stuff back. I say thats at least one reason people can use it.

Finally, Pichu evolved.

The funny thing? I was leveling him up in order to face the Canalave Gym leader, and I didn't even use him. I used my starters. The total damage I received? 18hp.

^You can pretty much kill the entire Canalave Gym with Gastrodon or Quagsire. That's what I did.

I've almost got the national dex. The two I haven't found yet are between Snorlax and Lucario on the Sinnoh Dex. What are they, and where can I find them? And are there any after Palkia? If so, I don't have those either.

One is Riolu. the pre evolution of Lucario, you can get the egg by beating Iron Island by taking the boat from Canalave, (take 5 Pokemon, so you have room for the egg). The other way to find Riolu, is to go back under the small cave before Oreburgh and surf over to a trainer.

The other is Unknown, just go in the cave East of Solaceon Town, the directions of how to get through the cave are written in Unknown on the wall of the top floor, at the bottom is a Rare Candy, Mind Plate, and other goodies.

So…I am seriously considering Clefable for a Wall-ish Pokemon. If I get a Bold natured one and give it Cosmic Power, Minimize, Hyper Beam and maybe…I dunno, Rest or Toxic or something. It could make a good wall.

Does anyone know where the macho brace is? I'm trying to get my Azelf's speed EP up, and I'm pretty sure I wont be getting the Pokevuse (sp?) abytime soon.

If you have FR/LG, there's a move tutor in there that can teach a Clefable Softboiled. If you can get that, awesome; if not, Wish, Moonlight, or Rest are fine healing moves as well. Substitute after buffing would be extremely annoying as well. I'd use Toxic since Clefable has practically no good attacking moves.

That is the most incorrect thing Ive heard. Caring about lvls isnt that important as people just do lvl 100 battles. Though caring about moves and types is needed so that people cant exploit said 4x type advantage, or any type advantage for that matter. Also, any decent trainer will switch or have a counter too 4x advantages.

What it really comes down too is what the pokemon is good at. If its fast give its speed evs to beat out others. If it likes physical moves give it attack evs to make it more powerful. Defence oriented? Give it defense evs to help stop those nasty attackers.

I think you find it in Pastoria. You gotta show him the three kinds of Burmy (Serebii shows how to change the forms), and he will give you the brace.

Also, I don't consider Azelf that bad, but Dialga is a bit cheap. Azelf was actually gonna be in my set until I replaced it with Heatran.

Yeah, I think I'll just wipe out the Elite with my Diagla and then kick him off. A level 60 shouldn't have a state above 200, along with all the others above 150 or so.

Dialga is an uber but Azelf is just an over-used, it's no stronger than Salamence. All trio legendaries are the same.
